the Carolina running game can exploit the Saints defense similiar to how Turner burned them last week...

my instinct tells me take the points... but New Orleans has the capability of blowing this team out...

I'm staying away GL to all

I  am obviouisly a panthers fan BUT ive been pretty realistic all year and listening to panthers sports radio I can tell you WE ARE NOT GONNA LET JAKE THROW THE BALL.  We will run the ball rather they bring 8 or 9 men in the box.  we arent go nna stop running. Look for us to milk clock and keep it close and probably lose. I see us definately covering spread though, we all know John fox and delhomme are Undefeated life time in the dome and everyones job is at risk every game, no way we get blown out, take panthers +14 or above all day and if you're filling spiffy it wou ld be a good ml pick on Carolina. Look for 15-20 passes MAX out of carolina and 35+ runs.  I know watching Saints vs Atl last week if Micheal TUrner had speed of deangalo and J. Stew New Orleans wouldve been in deep trouble.

The Saints have been looking like a team that has the Super Bowl in their sights as they have been unstoppable on offense and have a defense that is underrated. The Saints come into this one a perfect 7-0 on the season. Carolina, after a 0-3 start, have rebounded by winning three of their last four games behind an improving defense. After getting torched for an average of 33 ppg in their first two games, the Panthers have shut the door on opponents, having kept their last five opponents to 21 or fewer points. One of those teams that failed to produce more than 21 points was the Dallas Cowboys’ offense that averages just 17 yards a game less than the Saints. The one thing that the Panthers do when they are playing well is go to the running game, which is churning out nearly 150 yards per game at 4.74 yards per carry. The weak link to the Saints’ defense is a rushing defense that is allowing 4.45 yards per carry. I look for Carolina to come out running the ball a lot to shorten the game, with the goal of having a shot in the fourth quarter. With Delhomme having the year he's having, it's really the only logical recipe for John Fox. The Saints’ offense isn't quite as proficient when playing on a short week as they are 5-1 to the UNDER after playing on Monday night. This total is the highest of the week, juiced by the public's infatuation with sexy high-scoring offenses like the Saints. It's time for some reversion back to lower-scoring games for them and I like this one to go UNDER the total.

NO seems to love killing people at home and I just don’t see CAR getting enough points to cover

If I have to I would take CAR to cover but not one of my favs.

fox covers

No play for me.  Big Panthers fan.  Bet against them for the first time last week and the football gods made me pay.

John Fox counts by 3.  His plan will be run, run, run, run, run, punt, punt, punt, FG, FG.  Etc...  He knows Jake is a head case but he is stuck with him and will not call plays for Jake to give pick-6's.  Under is the play.  Hard for Drew to score 51 on the sidelines.  Fox will play to keep this close and hope for a freak turnover score.  Also special teams suck, so no danger of runbacks.
