That was great to see Dallas lose, but as far as the Ravens go I don't have the respect I used to have for them or Ray (the murderer) Lewis after the way the Giants ran right through them. Against Dallas, without Jacobs the Giants came out passing which isn't their style. This will be much different with Jacobs pounding the ball & the clock ticking. I like the Giants somewhere around 34-17.

Great Capping , Makes me feel a lot better about the Giants bets.

Losing Plaxico, has proven to be the Giants' achilles-heel.  The weather is suppose to be fairly nasty, however.  So perhaps that takes the passing game out of the equation.  Jacobs is going to be playing hurt.  Sooner or later, New York will not want to risk losing him for their post-season run, thereby conceding the game.

As much as I love to invest in the Panthers in the 1st half at home they are the total opposite on the road in the 1st half. I'm leaning on the Giants here in the 1st half.

Great Sunday night match up.  Have to go with the Giants in this one.  Jacobs is back and that forces the cats to bring more men up front which should give the giants receivers the extra room they need to get the passing game moving again.  Also, have to love the fact the everyone on the Giants bandwagon who jumped on THIS year has now seemed to jump over to Carolina's who although having the same record as NY has faced a lighter schedule. 

This Giants plays their best football when they feel pressure and when they are not expected to win.  Although a slight favorite they are basically getting no more respect in this game than the recognition of being at home.  With the NE weather, the home late night crowd, and the motivation of the extra week off the Giants take this one by 6 or more.

i'm switching to the giants in this spot.  the panthers have a few key guys out on the OL/DL in Keydrick Vincent and Hilee Taylor - the weather here in NY/NJ is nasty today, and with expected gusting wind of up to 20mph, i think the giants will have the advantage at home in these conditions.  never had a strong opinion on the panthers (as you can see) anyway.
