both teams are       inconsistant.  Yes, that includes Detroit too.   Detroit may be hot and may be the MOST IMPROVED team of 2011....but if u are betting heavy on Detroit....u mite wanna ask yourself...

Ask yourself how do they keep making huge comebacks.  Its called talent.  Ask yourself how have they won 8 straight regular season games in a row and cover in 7 of 8 ATS.  Its called talent and you will see next Monday Nite just how talented this team really is.  They will cover the six whether its the first half or the second half they will cover.

Don't know why, just a gut feeling. Divisional game, highly important for both teams. Chitown has been there done that. This is all new to the Lions. Might as well take the 5.5 and hope the Bears offense can come up big.

CJ this game has been sold out in Detroit since the tickets came out.  That dome will be rockin and the Lions are not going to fall behind in this game like they have in the past two.  Got my fingers crossed that Fairley finally puts the pads on but whether he does or not your are going to see one talented team take to the Ford Field  and it ain't going to be the Chicago Bears.  The Lions have waited a long time to play on prime time and they are not going to lay a egg in this one.   N Suh will have this team pumped and they won't be taking even one down off.  Good Luck with your +5.5 but  i don't think you will have to be  because i really think this one will never be in doubt.JMHO

   My hats off to the Detroit Lions & "LOOKING TO WIN" . They have really turned it around. This game almost falls into the Prime Play category, but not quite! At the risk of alienating BOTH the Lion and Packer Backers- when the smoke clears, there won't be anymore undefeated teams this year!

I agree.  The world has gone mad.  GREAT points by both of you.  Who has detroit played?    yes, Detroit is 4-0 but the teams they have played ALL SUCK except for Tampa Bay who is iffy at best.  I'm a Dallas fan and I can assure you that Dallas HANDED detroit the game on a silver patter.    Having Said that...

Detroit is the real deal. Real in terms of playoffs.  Other than that...It is alarming that Detroit has a lack of a consistent running game and is known as a comeback team.  I'm wondering if Vegas is trying to lure people into a detroit SUCKER BET
