Hmmm,

Anytime someone posts "my Bears" or "my Lions" I think I must be at ESPN rather than covers. This is not a fan website.

Lions at home, divisional game on Monday night. Bears offense is anemic and the defense is average. Last week at home vs a mobile QB and a porous defense they hung on for a win with major input from special teams. This week they're on the road vs a mobile QB, a good defense and special teams that most certainly saw the tape of the Carolina game.

has everyone forgot that Detroit has won 8 in a row since LY



-5 through -6 is hard to stomach
Detroit is at home and playing very well on both sides of the ball. Chicago just switched from gunning to running and proved that they may be able to make adjustments and survive. Sometimes i feel like Martz is inadverntly sinking this team.

Or....

Pay -180 for -3, but thats almost 2-1 laying points!!

Or....

ML play is  -240


As i said before, this is going to get loud and hopefully rowdy in Detroit. Finally, they get primetime coverage coupled with the fact that they are good.... and undefeated.
It has been a long time since that has happened in Detroit. The fans will be nucking futs.

Lions D-line should put enough PRESSURE on Cutler and force him to make throws that he don't wanna make!!!

I think the biggest pressure on the Lions is trying to go 5-0 which I think has never been done by a Lions team.

The Lions seem to struggle against tougher opponents in the first half and bring it back together after halftime so for me I'm laying off the 1st half play unless I like the Bears.

The Bears offensive line has struggled and if they continue to do that in this game Cutler will have a long night against Suh and company.

The key for the Bears will be Hester and Forte. If Hester can give the Bears great field position on returns and Forte can get it going on the ground it should take less pressure off of Cutler.

Hard to choose a side on this one for me I might just take the over but I'm not sure yet.

Liking the Under.. I don't think they will stay undefeated after their bye week. I'm gonna go out on a limb and take CHICAGO +5.5 to cover. Detroit winning by 3. Lions 24 Bears 21

Lions will be greatly served by punting the ball out of bounds and kicking through the back of the end zone. A trick the New York Giants could us against Philly Looks like the Lions and the Bills are going to be for real this year, go figure.

Started off last week good with College Football, so  I think The Lions have a statement to make,  therefore they will beat up the Bears and cover the spread.

Who have the Lions beat? Tampa Bay? Kansas City? An overtime game against the Vikings in which they didn't score at all in the first half? A game at home against Dallas where they  were down 27-3 and Tony Romo gift-wrapped two pick-6s for them? 

They are opportunistic but I think lucky play runs out tonight.

Cutler may have lost a few off season pounds but still runs like a wounded duck.

 Lions will feast.

Tom Coughlin is not coaching ... 

Therefore Punts will be directed out of bonds reducing Chester to sideline molestations.

Throw away past stats.

 Lions were non-existent.

These are alive n' well n' better by a TD play.

Seriously, who has anyone beaten?  The league is so mediocre...there are precious few top-notch teams.  I do know this - there are several teams in this league worse than the four the Lions have played (with the possible exception of kc), and 3 of those 4 games were on the road.  We're talking about the same team that just last year broke a 26-game road losing streak!  Pretty hard to poo-poo wins at Minnesota, Tampa and Dallas in three of the first four games, if you ask me.
