At pretty much a pick 'em, I think the line is right where it should be. Both these teams are pretty unpredictable right now, and I'm not seeing a blowout either way. Might be a good tease game, but if I had to pick one for the win, I'd go Bears just because of the extra rest from the Thursday night "tune-up" against the G'aints.....
Good Luck All

The Bears are rested. They get Charles Tillman & Stephen Pea back this week on Defense. Bostic fills in for the injured DJ Williams at LB but that may be a good thing. The Bears can score a bunch of points. No looking ahead to Green Bay as they're on a BYE after this game. The Redskins, however, couldn't move the ball vs. a very depleted Dallas DL. RG3 looks unsure. He locks on his first read or runs. He isn't as an effective runner as last season. Alfred Morris is a bruising back who has a good YPG but he got most of his yards last week on a busted off-sides play. Deangelo Hall will guard Brandon Marshall. Marshall is good enough to win that matchup. Alshon Jeffrey is also an emerging WR threat. Matt Forte can gouge the Skins front seven. The Bears OL is actually playing well, giving up only 9 sacks so far. In my opinion, Chicago is just the better team. The NFC North is light years better than the East.

Skins are a good cover team the week after they play the Cowboys, but I just don't see it happening this week. Plus the Bears are 2-8 last 10 vs the Skins. Maybe that's the reason the Bears are the dogs in this one. Regardless I'll lose my money on the Bears +1

RG3 looks weak still. But lets say this was the superbowl. I guess I'd put my money on Cutler and Company. Redskins in a desperate spot, looking for some creative plays with some high risk high reward type of feel. Just shoot it out RG3! Let the guns blaze til the last man appears out the smoke.

I have to agree with the consensus opinion here and play the Bears. At a Pick-em, I'm gonna tease em with the Chiefs on a 6 point teaser, that gives me Chicago +6 and KC -.5. I like this play a lot! GL guys

for all those scratching head on this line did anyone watch brandon jacobs gash the bears in their house last thursday? Alf and shannys zone blocking scheme are going to smash this undermanned bears d. losing henry melton and dj will are huge loses that chi just cant overcome. redskins d actually played decent last weekend too. dez was pretty pedestrian in box sheet. Rg3 looks like he is getting his legs back. REDSKINS LARGE
