Cincy obviously wins, but they've beat only one team by 13 or more points all season--and that was the Bears, and Bengals were 1-point faves.  Quinn won't go berserk like last week, but he's bound to put up 17 at least.  I like the Overs; heck first game the total was 43 and the Browns were awful

our averages system is 3 points lower than the posted total of 39
