I believe the line is correct.  With Minnesota at home, the odds makers already adjusted 3 to 4 points.  

Minnesota tends to play well the first half but seems to have difficulty finishing.  Thus, I took Minnesota at the half as Dallas is the opposite and tends to finish well.

Dallas is the better team and I would bet Dallas game -3.  My dilemma is going half Minnesota and game Dallas.  Most games do not split.

I also think the over 44 is probably a better bet than the under but not strong enough for me to bet the o/u.  There's plenty of games coming up so bet only the ones you have confidence in.  Don't bet every game.  GL
