Oh those Lions, could you imagine being a fan, with these coaches they have. Last 3 games...against GB they had first and goal...a touchdown would win it, they don't have a play to score a TD, settle for a FG and GB scores TD to win. Against Houston they needed a FG to win and coach tries one on 3rd and 11 because he doesn't have a play that would gain a yard or 2. Against Indy they just needed a first down to win, again, no plays to make 10 yards in 3 downs.(ever wonder why you didn't have these future coaches in Calculus/physics/chemistry classes in college-BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT THAT SMART-with a few exceptions) These guys should be right in the thick of the playoff hunt, instead the Pack ends their misery this week...it's gonna be cold outside, these domers ain't even gonna keep it close, if they couldn't do anything to win any of their last 3 when they were there for the taking...will Management be smart enough to get rid of these coaches, I doubt it, lots of competition out there for hires, heck hire someone off the street, or look for a good high school coach in Michigan...anything would be better than these imposters!!

If Det fired Coach Schwartz and installed Fontes right now I would be on board with the Lions. But that isn't happening and like imaxfli posted above me, the coaches in Detroit at complete garbage when it comes to play calling. Schwartz seems like a decent guy when I hear him talk about non-football topics but as soon as he opens his mouth on football related topics he loses it. The Lions coach needs to join Titus Young in exile. As long as Schwartz is head coach the Lions are going to stay losers. The pick here is GB huge. DET is a wreck.

Beware the over..it is gonna be cold...check wind conditions...if wind 15-20, take the under!
Beware of over but in your previous post you said 56-3 GB???? The over is the only play I make here if I bet on this game at all. GB has proven to be very unreliable at home lately

For some reason, I've been all over the underdogs this week. Normally I take a balanced approach, but the only teams I like laying points with this week are the steelers and the pats.
No clay Matthews and no jordy Nelson. I'm not sure about Charles woodsons status, but it's hard not to like the lions. Yeah, I know they are playing for nothing. But why should I take gb laying 7 when their clearly not at full strength yet.
If gb is healthy, they can put together a serious playoff run like the gmen did last year. That's a big if though.
I still can't endorse the pack w all those injuries. I know they're the better team and the game has much more significance to them, but the lions have the medicine to cover the spread. No play for me unless its the lions.

Hmmm… this one looks too good to be true. A prolific offense and 7 points, to boot!
Detroit takes the field tonight with the NFL’s #1 passing offense (313 YPG) and averages 410 YPG overall (2nd only to New England's 427).The last time Detroit visited Lambeau (Week 17 LY) QB Stafford threw for a franchise record 520 yds and five TDs!
These Lions have been extremely competitive. Their inconsistency of not putting together a full four-quarter game is a recognized weakness and one that the team is focused on correcting. My money says they succeed in that desired 60 minute effort tonight in Green Bay.
Fair minded fans and handicappers would agree that this year’s Packer team is considerably weaker than they’ve been that past few years and… wow… check out the Packer studs that will not suit up tonight!
