Packers only -3 ???? Anyone got any inside info here this seems way off?? This seems like one of those too good to be true lines, meaning we should take the Lions, but I just can't see it.

the lions did this last year, after their early run of decency.  They'd play terrible on the road and put up a good fight at home.  I don't think I like my money on the lions, but they might scare me off the packers.

The lions defense was FULL of holes last weekend.  That being said I expect them to rebound and put up a much better fight here against GB.  The Pack moved the ball up and down against a VERY good Defense on Monday night.  This line does seem a bit too low if you ask me, essentially Vegas is saying that on a neutral field these two teams are evenly matched.  I couldnt disagree more with this assesment.  Just based on Defense alone the Packers cover here.  Later in the season the Lions might get their act together but too much was broken last week to fix in just 7 days.

I go with the PACKERS here. Their defense is just flat out way better than the Detroit offense, and that is the reason they will cover. Don't forget, the Packers put up 24 on the Vikings (albeit at home), and one would expect they could get to that number again against a much worse defense. I would expect the Packers D to hold the Lions O to 21 or under.

Yeah definitely seems like a trap game. 
Emotional game for Rodgers and the Pack, big win against a divisional team whom a lot had/have winning the conference, then a short week and a trip to Detroit. 

Probably won't stop me from taking GB.

Green Bay will win by at least two TD's. Detroit is only surpassed by Cincy, Oakland and San Francisco in the worst team in football category. The difference between past Lion squads that played well in these 'trap' type games and today's team is talent. Detroit has gotten progressively worse while GB (so far) has not missed a beat without Farve.

OK... Detroit got thier heads kicked in last week. Instead of noteing all the bad that we saw out of them, Kitna, CJ, and RW will get it going in the air and i don't think they can come home and allow another game with massive holes in the rush defense.
I belive Detroit will win, but i will take the points.

I'll take the Lions off a SU loss with revenge.
Plus Green Bay not all that great covering spreads in Motown.

Now we know why GB wanted Farve to stay retired because with Tavaris Jackson in the huddle GB can beat Minnesota but I'm not too sure about them just yet.
 
That being said, I am sure not putting any faith in the Lions. Good Luck everyone.

Packers usually don't cover well in Detriot but that was because Favre has sh*tty games in domes- especially up in the land of Robocop. No Favre- no cover for the Lions. GB is a better team and looking for them to make a statement here. Would be 2-0 for the year and in the division.
All that being said it does feel like a trap! GL

This line does appear to be a trap line but if putting any money on this game I will be taking GB - 3...they have a much better defense than Det and i look for them to take advantage of them through the air and on the ground...Turnovers will help GB put this one away IMO! BOL to everyone!

Dont bet on the Lions...They are the worse team in Football...They do this every year and get blown out...
 
Think about it...Are you going to take a team who hasnt covered in 9 straight games? or a team who made it to the NFC championship game?

Detroit goes 4-0 in preseason.   Probably bought into their own hype.  Falcons have a rookie QB, rookie coach, etc. why pay them any attention?  hmmmm....they get beat down.  Fool me once, shame on you!  Fool me twice, shame on me!  Lions aren't exactly a contender, but they will be ready for this game.  Look for Johnson to go off.
