DET a different team at home.. 75% of the WORLD is all over the PACK.. Look for a big DOME win today..

I like the lions at home here.  Don't read too much into that game last week in Atlanta.  Those two backs are going to be very good this year and Atlanta is going to be the surprise team in the NFL this year also......call me crazy if you want. 
 
The Lions always play better at home.....over the last 4 years in the NFL, they are the worst road team ATS.  But, when the Pack comes to play in Detroit........its is always a game.  I like the Lions in an upset to win SU and I like the over to boot!!!

Packers vs. Lions +3 (2 units) - the Lions have an offense that should put up at least 24 points every game, although they also have a defense that will allow at least that amount.  They looked horrible last week against Atlanta in Matt Ryan's debut.  On the other side Aaron Rodgers impressed the nation against Minnesota.  So all of that means only a 3 point spread for the visiting Packers?  Something is fishy and I'll be siding with the mongers today.  Sports Insights has the Packers at 72%, and Vegas Insider has them at 88%.

Just can't pull the trigger on anything solid here.  Not even any good first half lines in this one.  Lions suck on defense, Packers looked pretty good on offense.  Packers usually do pretty well against the Lions, as does much of the NFL.  I think this one hits the nail on the head with a 3 point win for the Pack.

I have to go with the Lions here.  They are at home playing against a guy who is making his first start on the road.  Am I the only one that wasn't that impressed with GB's offense last week?  Yes, they put up 24 points against Minnesota, but I don't think Minny's defense has meshed yet with the addition of Jared Allen.  GB got a punt return for a touchdown and the other three scores were all set up on big plays.  Rodgers got lucky on a deep ball down the middle and they got two long runs that ended inside the 10 thanks to linebackers not filling holes.  I still don't know if Rodgers can put together a drive.  On the other side, the defense looked like a civ in the second half against Tavaris Jackson.  I know Detroit didn't look great last week either, but they fought back strong after getting down big and they are at home.  Give me some Lions.

gee, thanks for the free pic.  but the reason it's free, is because it sucks.  why would you want to put alot of stock into the worst organization in the league?  get real, bro.  in fact, it wouldnt surprise me one bit if the Dolphins beat the Cards.  Cards eat a dick, they tease you every year into thinking that they may finally make the playoffs, only to fall flat on their face.  cards eat a dick, and so do your picks.

i dont see how you can bet the Lions when Green Bay is obviously the better team on all levels.

The Lions are not nearly as bad as they looked last week.........and taking the QB's and WR's and compairing them with the Packs doesn't leave me saying there is an advantage to either side........they will both throw alot......they will both run with Grant ans Smith alot.......and the WR's are all capable of huge plays down field........I'll take the home dog and let the newbie QB for the pack try to figure out how to play in a loud dome, on the road, against a team that should feel stung and hungry after last weeks big loss.
