Can we expect a better performance from Rogers? Assuming he has more practice time compared to the preparation of the Dallas game. It was distressing watching him stand with limited foot movement. But still seem to find the angles to attack via passing. How do you stack Seattle's passing defense compared to Dallas'?
IMO both teams have great running attacks. Lacy,Starks,Kuhn, Lynch,Turbin. Could definitely see both teams achieving 100+ yards.
Now, was Green Bay performing well on their 3rd down conversions during the Dallas game? Was 3rd and long situations a key factor? I give the slight edge to R.Wilson on those situations, due to Rogers injury. I want to add Carrols playbook edge to that 3rd down situations also. I feel like Seattle's D could make GB more "vanilla".

This isn't Week 1. Both teams have gone through a lot since then. However, the 'hawks look like a championship team looks at this time of year and Aaron Rodgers (although he began to look more like himself in the second half) will still have mobility issues. That makes me think that the Seahawks will win this thing BUT it doesn't necessarily make me think that they'll cover 7 1/2 points (and rising).
The Seahawks have a decent offence but it generally wins by controlling the clock and suffocating the opponent's offence - not conducive to automatically covering big spreads against legitimate opponents (which Carolina wasn't).
This will be the 3rd time these two rosters have played each other in Seattle and I expect that it actually gets more challenging for the Seahawks than it does the Packers. In the previous two meetings, the Packers made a lot of bonehead mistakes that served to extend drives that they had otherwise stopped. Don't believe me? Get NFL Rewind and watch them yourself. They also had much weaker O-lines with key personnel missing (such as Brian Bulaga). While they won't shut down the 'hawks offence, the defence has had more bend-but-don't-break in it as of late while their own offence is better than what they fielded previously. Over a TD is living on the edge.

When was the last time Seattle didn't cover a big home game??? I'm not going to hop in front of that bus. Hell, when was the last time they didn't cover a game period?

This to me this is a no brainer!!Greenbay stinks on the road and Rogers is still bother by that injury.I must admit that Lacy is tough as a RB,but thats at Lambeaux field, not on the road.To tell you the truth,I don't think that Rogers is gonna finished the game.Seattles running is gonna wear that suspect Packers defense down to the ground and win this one 24-10

One of the keys to this game is the health of Byron Maxwell. Rodgers did not test Sherman in the first game, and even Cam Newton picked on Tharold Simon last week. Simon can be exploited by Nelson, Cobb, or Davon Adams.
I don't have a pick yet, but I'm not as eager to jump on Seattle because of that. Plus, Cam Chancellor's pick 6 was a 14 point swing last week. Rodgers doesn't make those deadly mistakes, even on a bad wheel.

GB will be at a huge disadvantage with Rodgers lack of escapability. Rodgers will be lucky to last the whole game. The SEA pass rush will punish him. Rodgers will get hurt if he cannot avoid the pass rush. DAl did not get to Rodgers even when they blitzed. SEA got to him in Week ! with just their front 4 when he was healthy and this game he is not. This game could get ugly fast. I locked in bets as soon as it was posted.
ok big shot...lookin 4ward 2 hearing ur POST game report..

Green bay covers but lose, Green bay history always beat the Seahawks in the playoffs, this game will be close maybe like the fail mary game, Green bay defense is better than you think and can make things tough for Seattle offense

There's no way Green Bay can beat seattle right so why even play the game just give seattle the Lombardi now lol what a joke so many people are gonna lose money on Sunday when they parlay sea and pats ml because there's "no way" it can lose.

How many people will tease Seattle to -1 and N.E. to -.5?
It sounds to good to be true. Vegas knows that.
One of these 2 teams will lose on Sunday. I'm thinking. or maybe I'm over thinking... Sounds to easy.
Any thoughts?
I have been thinking on this same bet. However, generally speaking, teasers are a suckers bet and the books love it when the public pounds teasers. That said, I see no way for Green Bay to win in Seattle, so why not take a better line in the late game? Problem is, do you go NE or INDY? Pats are not invincible, that's for sure.

I live in Wisconsin and am a Packers fan. I was wondering this myself. How hurt is Rodgers leg really? I don't think that it's made up but it may not be as bad as made out to be.
Also, when I handicap this game with my common opponents point system, GB is a whopping 20+ over the Hawks. After I add the +7.5, I get 27.5+. For me to have a legitimate bet, I need +7 or over. +27.5 is insane! Only question is does Rodgers finish the game? If so, They easily cover and probably win the game.

This line is an overreaction due to Rodgers calf. It would be a huge payday for Vegas if sea lose this game. This is much like Ohio state vs Oregon when most think Ohio state had a very small chance to win the game outright.
