Always glad to help INVEGAS! Man you crack me up! You know me better than I know myself. What a freaky year :26-13-2 on the dogs, and 13-21-1 on the chalk- what the hell gives here?

Last week I said the Green Bay Packers would turn their whole season around at Reliant Stadium and win that game by two scores. I was wrong...they won that game by 3 scores as a 3.5 point pup.
Are the real Green Bay Packers back???
The answer is YES!! My inner wise guy is telling me not to take them again this week, but I am convinced the Packers are the play once again. I've read comments about this being a possible let down game. I just don't see how that is possible with the Packers at 3-3 and trailing in the division standings to the Vikes and Bears. I have all the faith in Aaron Rodgers that they Pack will put up points in bunches, and the Rams just don't have the weapons to keep up. Not to mention, the Packer defense showed us a lot last week in keeping the NFL's most explosive runner, Arian Foster, to 29 yards on 17 carries. You wont find another unit in the NFL that will be able to duplicate that performance this season.
Also, keep in mind that the trip from Green Bay to Saint Louis is not a far one at all, and I expect plenty of cheese heads making an appearance on Sunday. Once Green Bay takes a two-score lead, the Rams will be in trouble. The only chance the Rams have is to control the clock and keep Aaron Rodgers off the field with their ground attack.
These teams also played last year at Lambeau and the Pack coasted to a 24-3 win. Remember where you heard it first,
Green Bay will be 6-3 going into their bye (in week 10).
My final
Green Bay 31
St. Louis 20

I am going with Sammy's inner wise guy and laying off on this game.
I liked Green Bay but my own inner wise gay is afraid that gbay will have a redux of the Oline problems they experienced earlier in the season. St louises secondary is no joke either.
I am seriously thinking about plunking down a nickel on the under.
Is there any reason anybody can come up with as to why this game wont go under?

Everybody's points on the Rams covering in this thread are dead on. Not to mention the Packers injury report reads like a phone book. I see the line has moved up to 5.5, and still 75% of the public is all over the Packers, making it the highest public percentage wager on the board - you know what that means.....
Rams +5.5 - - possible small M/L wager too.....

According to TheSpread.com 84% of the money is on the Packers. After that loss at Indy 2 weeks ago Aaron Rodgers has taken his game to the next level... He's playing like he's on a mission from God now. Green Bay knows they might only be able to lose one or two more games if they want to win the division. I'm not letting that much money on the Packers scare me away from this one.
The Rams are averaging 14 points a game over their last 4 and Green Bay has only put up less than 22 pts in that 14-12 loss to the Seahawks. Green Bay knows they have to win this and Bradford is not going to be able to keep up. Once again, don't over think this one... And the Packers remember their last game they played in a dome (that 27-30 loss to Indy). Green Bay was up 21-3 at the half in that one and they let their foot off the gas and it cost them; They won't let anything like that happen again.
Packers -5, -5.5, whatever...
Packers win by at least 14.
