Rookie QB+ terrible team and coaches+ Rodgers to Driver=
Pack -10
be very careful before jumping on green bay. their defense has already been outspoken about their lack of confidence with Dom Capers coaching schemes. also, packers have lost 6 of their last 7 road trips to Tampa. maybe the warm weather doesnt bode well for them. whatever the case may be, i find it troubling to take a huge road fave in this scenario.
ALSO: Josh Freeman will be making his 1st start ever and he may come out excited and focused. those who remember his days with Kansas State knows the kid has true talent.
TAKE TAMPA WITH POINTS / POSSIBLE 1ST VICTORY

This will be the second team that GB has played where the team is covered in the flue
Last time it was CLE and GB won 31-3
Tough loss for GB last week but the gunslinger did look good.
I'll take GB to cover

The line opens at Green Bay -10 and now its -9.5, everybody are backing Green Bay and Entire Tampa team have the flu...
why this reverse line movement?

At least you ended your baseball season with a bang!
Got to get back to preparing my clambake for today!

I like a couple of dogs this Sunday, but not TB. I’m not saying GB blows them out, nor am I saying they don’t. My thoughts are this… I don’t like betting teams I don’t know. TB is fielding a team that is unrecognizable. It’s safe to say, TB is looking to next year, which means the players they’re fielding will be laying it all on the line and playing with heart.
Hard for me to imagine GB comes out fired up to play. More or less, this may be considered a “day-off” for GB, or a game that they try new things at game speed, in preparation for next week’s game.
If I played this game, I’d take TB with the points. Before you make a play on this game, look at the Texans, Bengals, Dolphins, Cardinals, & Dallas. These are the “Dogs” of the day… IMO.
Good Luck to all.

You are a welcome addition to the thread. great break downs. A whole lot more valuable than " TB sux" or other insightful gems.
thanx cpa !...
nice every now & then to see someone actually read & appreciate the thoughts, instead of just scrolling down to new message/post box..lol.. or just looking to point out any debatable stuff or inaccuracies...lol
i been following forums here since 2005 but didn't start an account/participation until recently... not a newbie, been capping NFL for 15+ years, watching since youngster... but i'm horrible in NCAA!!!.. can't figure college games/redshirt roster changes each year etc.... & all the debacle games EVERY week!
although the sucker punch Blount reinstatement/return had me figuring it would work against oregon.lol... he should be perm banned, not quickly reinstated!.. these dam schools are all on the funding take, & not really interested in the actual education of college kids! (1 million $ football facility upgrade/funding, but $35 upgrade to their school library! lol.. yeah ok..
they're not even interested in fair games on the field (losing schools look bad on certain highprofile tv scheduling, and they just can't have that! ;) future recruitment etc...hahaha
but this GB-TB game was total debacle in the exact sense of the word... some nice TB catches though... Freeman played surprisingly good... doesn't look like GB did infact bounce back from their gutwrenching loss to LordFarve last week... and this rodgers is holding onto the ball way too long every week!... called "Greedy" by Sharper on NFLnetwork...haha, geez at least scramble vertical, after 20 seconds...lol.. do something, don't just float towards the sideline getting chased (with wide open space infront of him)... like th 19th time i seen him do this this season.... indecisive & Greedy for a big play, instead of throwing ball out of bounds when no ones open... the competitiveness quality is admirable, but even rookies know theres a thin line between competivness/big plays & throwing pik offs!lol..& getting sacked... i think Rodgers is secretly trying to emulate the Farve gunslinger'ism... hehe
now i'm really curious to see how GB responds again, next week! this in my mind was considered a "beat down" (losing to the bucs) haha
BOL

*meant: just the recent talk of "sucker punch blount" coming back would be a distraction for oregon... they were doing so well, then that "blount report last week" comes up at the worst time...sure, letdown game after big USC win could have had something to do with the loss to stanford (stanford very pumped up the whole year no question), but i feel it was more about the blount distraction... i heard he was being reinstated like 10 days ago, not sure why media is just reporting it today? we all new he was coming back already...wtf !!?
dam media-timing is never on point... always reporting a day after i need to know something, or reporting ahead of when i need to know something etc...lol.. actually think media is purposely adjusting their timing to throw everyone off, not to report breaking news...
just like how they move "monday morning QB" show on espn2 to some weird ass channel espnNu channel deep in ... they're trying to "bury away" the show... bet you next year its off the air!..lol....
& also just like "NFL matchup" was switched this year from fri nights to sat night at midnight (& sun morning at 5 am)... and then when you go to watch it at sat night/midnight its always delayed by "replay coverage/highlights" of college gameday!... yeah sure, how conveinient!!! so now you actually have to stay up to 5am just to see it... & then you only have a few hours to make your picks...
some people actually do like to see all the breakdown/matchup shows(tools) before putting in their picks... and espn seems to be "swayed" into pushing it back later & later & later...hmmmm yeah ok NFL matchup can be a helpful tool in certain matchups (they breakdown coverages/plays/individual matchups etc)
again, it used to be on fridays then switched to sat evenings, then midnight, now basically pushed to somewhere around 1:30am if they choose not to "replay" the college game rebroadcast from sat morning games!... 5am on sun morning is the only gauranteed time to see it...
yeah ok
so obvious espn wants nothing to do with pro football anymore, more coverage of nascar & soccer now!? wtf?... how in the world can we be watching them show 2 min of nfl coverage, then they quickly cut to soccer!!! why in the world would they do something so retarded... my friends and ia are constantly abusing it everytime it happens... & they consistently do that shit... no coincidence!!! obvious... at first we all thought it was to keep you tuned through their "off sports" coverage, but they way they do it is obviously for different reasons, because they dont come back to nfl coverage again for a while... they seem to be just "sprinkling" in some football coverage in with 90% badmitton & golf coverage... wow what happened to espn!!!.lmfao...not trying to rant on speculation, just callin it like i see it... & throwin it out there for the 1 person out there, that might read this & actually catch my drift..
wake up world...lol.. not everything in this world is so "dismissable" as speculation!!! openup your minds to real possibilities & stop being so "cut & dry"
& get direct TV... lol
ok now i'm done with my offpoint thread/post...hehe
& dont be so sure GB bounces back after this TB debacle...hehe
