lookin at the Texans in a rout!
Yes you heard me,in a rout.
Yes,you are all correct in saying the Texans have alot of injuries to
key players,so you tell me why this game would have opened up
only at Colts -2 if the Texans injuries are so critical,and now has gone to a pickem.
I'll tell you why,cause even with the injuries the Texans have,they are
gonna kick some butt tonight.
Texans all day long!

Everyone here knows that Luck will be missing Reggie Wayne. He may also be missing Darius Heyward-Bey who hasn't practiced this week while nursing a bad hamstring. Last week 15 targets went to Wayne and DHB. Only T.Y. Hilton and a band of unknown cast mates remain for tonight's match up. Trent Richardson has not contributed positively to the offense as of yet. I think the Colts may have a hard time offensively tonight.

On the other hand, while Houston is still searching for a running game Case Keenum only missed on 10 passes and had no interceptions in his first outing. With two weeks to prepare and first team reps under his belt Houston should be better prepared for tonight. 

The most important stat of the night is this:
67% of the public is on the Colts.
56% of the experts are on the Texans.

At this point and after last week (the public having a good week), I have to fade the public and read the line. They want that money on Indy.

Colts -1. It apparently is a great big secret who has the better recored, who has the better QB, and who has played better lately. Maybe Keenum will outplay Luck because it's a home game game in front of bright lights and it's a last chance sunday night prime time game and a Texas Super Bowl and the Houston player will find new life with new leadership and

Last time I checked NFL teams win because one team is better than the other. Soap opera sub plots very very rarely determine the outcome.

It's now 21-3 at half time. The game is pro football. The best players in the country get to be professionals. Money counts, and professional performance wins it.  Situational handicapping is what beats this game- not stats. Unlike college teams, with large rosters, the 53 men on each NFL team are not "stumblebums" like  a lot of college teams.  Maybe I lose this bet- but that's my take. Anyway GL Zud!
