Update on LT

According to ESPN's Chris Mortensen, LaDainian Tomlinson has a detached tendon that connects one of his adductor (groin) muscles to his pubic bone.
Tomlinson is expected to be a game-time decision for Saturday night's game against the Colts, and he plans to at least attempt to play after physical therapy has blunted the pain. The injury will affect Tomlinson's ability to make cuts, but it's not yet known if surgery will be required to fix the tendon. Expect Darren Sproles to take on a much larger role staring Saturday.

The Chargers beat some bunkass teams to even make it to the playoffs with some help from Denver.  I know you play who's on your schedule but the Chargers are very bad against the pass as well.  Peyton Manning has been on fire lately and clearly deserved the MVP.  I think the Colts will prove tonight that the Chargers don't belong in the playoffs!

I'm more concerned about Gates playing than LT.  San Diego is going to have to run the ball to have any chance, but is going to need Gates in 3rd and 4 to 6 situations.  Indy D has only given up 6 passing TD's all year.

It doesn't look good for San Diego...I'm going to lay off because I can not think objectively about this game.  I can't pull the trigger on Indy either.

traditionally sd has played the colts very well in the playoffs and this should be no different + season sweeps are tough in the nfl.

sharp money will be on the bolts not the colts which is why the line aint moving

If LT sits, Darren Sproles will get a large percentage of the carries tonight and shred the Colts weak run defense on his way to MVP of the ballgame. Now that the Chargers will have the best running back on either team on the field starting ....they become the favorites. Wait for the lines to continue to move under 49 and up to possibly +3 for the Chargers.  Chargers ML & over 49

Indy has the better coach......has played a tougher schedule.........has the better QB and recieving corps and a defense that is way, way under rated.  I'll take Indy here.......but I do like the under.  I expect a similar game as when these two played earlier this year.

When INDIANAPOLIS COLTS team played as a Road team - Last 5 years - Coming off a Win over AFC South opponent; The COLTS are 13-0 Straight Up and 10-3-0 ATS.

When ANY NFL Team played as a Road team - Vs AFC West opponent - Coming off vs American Conference opponent - Scored 3 points or less AGAINST in their last game - Allowed 0 - 3 AGAINST in their last game; The Road Team is 19-10-0 ATS in this spot since 1983.

When ANY NFL Team played as a pk to 3 Underdog - Vs Non Division Opponent - With 5 days off - Coming off a Home win - Coming off a win on grass; The Home Dog is 4-15-1 ATS in this role

Just heard that LT is going to play tonight ... not sure if that is a good or bad thing, if he is not 100% then you might as well go all out on DS or pass more with Rivers ...
 
But either way ... I think Peyton will pull this one out on the road and it will be something like 31-27.
