Forget the Eagle/Oakland game, the Colts are a better team than Philly and Oakland is a better team than St. Louis (barely).  Indy a HUGE public favorite hear, which I usually go against, but I believe Bob Sanders is back this week and Peyton can tie an NFL record with consecutive 300+ yards passing.  In a dome playing a team that played up on a team that they actually had a chance of beating last week.  Peyton gets trigger happy and don't be surprised to see a score similar to the Tenn/NE game that took place last weekend.

COLTS -13.5 for me. Indy off a bye with my boy Bob Sanders back in the lineup. Even if he isn't 100% his presence alone should improve the Colts D. Besides Stephen Jackson this Rams team is really bad. INDY'S offense in the dome will be too much for St. Louis to handle. Especially with Peyton playing the best football of his career.

It could be that this was a financial decision for the Windsor Casino since the National Basketball Coaches Association has rented several hundred rooms at Caesars Windsor for coaches, exhibitors and sponsors. Coaches wives are also hosting a fund-raising event their so there are other revenue-generators to help offset the casinos ban on basketball bets.

In the mean time, you may be aware that the windsor is attempting to exercise the option to allow sports betting that it was allowed under federal statute since 1982 (Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act or PASPA). The proposed sports betting is expected to generate about $55 million/year for windsor.
