hello people stop all the analyzing. this Monday night football the whole nation is watching how many times did tannah hill win. I think he's like Matt Ryan yesterday, not live up to prime time yet

A few things to consider:

1. Dolphins are banged up and without their edge rusher Cameron Wake

2. Its a Monday night PrimeTime game in the Super Dome with the crazy WHO DAT nation.

3. The puppet master Sean Payton is back pulling Drew Brees' strings, where they are 10-2 on Monday nights in  there time together.

4. The Saints have beat their Monday night foe in those 10 wins by an average of 14 points.

5. The Saints will score. Can the Dolphins keep pace and put up numbers of their own?

All that said I like the saints to cover the 6.5 but what to do with the total? Thoughts?

simple stat-play: both defenses with way over 20 yards per point (#6 and #7).

1) with this type of D, both teams would need more than 400 yards to hit the over - i cant imagine that

2) after 3 weeks, the top 8 in defensive yards per point is 7-22 O/U

With public money on the over, i like the under even more.

Just use your head. There's always gonna be bad lines you just gotta use logic. For instance new england 3-0 getting 3 points to a 1-2 falcons cmon man. Brees. primetime.big easy. New Orleans n over

Cant always go the route of vegas this, puublic yous, lines that....Think that way probably maybe get you 50 percent and no cashish. Sometimes a team just messes up and cant close the deal even by being put in a vegas spot. Anyway its always about matchups. Atl lost last nite because they cant close in the red zone. Tom Brady and Belichick always take advantage of mistakes even with Jr High Players. Saints top three in passing game behind Discount Double Check and My Neck Aint Broke Manning. Dolphins are not that effective at stopping pass and have an avg defense. Saints excellent at stopping pass and shutting down teams in general. Over might be tough here...but in a week where we saw two 72 pt totals...aww hell no....The Doc says be sure and drink your ovaltine!!!! Haters start hating because W8 train getting underailed and gift horses rehoofed!!! Get this money!!!!

You just have to ask yourself. Who would be favored of this game was in Miami? Saints -3 or -3.5 I believe. Miami has had to come back in games against subpar Ds though I think Indys D looks better every week. Tannehill is getting sacked at alarming rate. Rob likes to blitz. Just came see it any other way SAINTS

Newbie here , w t f is the deal with some of you people using big words with lousy or no picks , such as newbie broad and others .
Had to check  pick histories to understand the bs you read here.Sure enough, most of the big talkers have a winning percentage between 44 % and 51 % . w t f W8 ,Dogs what's up with that ? Peace out .Buying Saints down to 6 is my play. GL

I like Saints and the Over 31-21....dont put $ on the under when Saints play @ home.

Lots of decent info here. Tough to go against Saints considering their ATS record at home and MNF, but they have not played a strong team yet. Dolphins on the other hand have looked good thus far against an improved and surprising Browns squad, Colts who should be a playoff team, and the Falcons who might need a coach that can help them finish drives and red zone oppritunities. Phins missing two defensive starters but Rob Ryan has not done so well versus Miami. Taking the over for now and maybe Phins later. Should be a good game

gees im going with a 7 point teaser bet ill take N.O. minus a half point or point and  if the o/u is 48 ill take the over 41  so im taking New Orleans and the over good luck guys

bought half a point taking Miami here +6.  Saints will probably win but by less than a touchdown. Dolphins has a really good secondary this year.  Drew will throw one or two picks tonight.

OK everyone just calm down lol lets ask ourselves two things

1. How many points can you see Drew Brees and the Saints put up at home in the dome tonight in the spot light?

2. Conversely, how many points can you see a young Phins squad putting up against an improved Saints d?

 

To answer my own questions I think the Saints put up anywhere from 28-42 points (large range I know, not much help)

And I can see the dolphins scoring anywhere from 12-24 points

 

I got to say I like the SAINTS and the OVER but it scares me a bit to see these so called covers "Experts" all on the under with the public being all over the over....what to do what to do?

Lets help each other out. after all we all share one common goal and that's to beat the bookie. right?

Saints record on MNF is 10-2 SU!......Last 10 MNF games, the Saints are 10-2 SU and 10-2 ATS.......Plus a lot of those games that the Saints have won at home have been a blow out, winning by 13 or more pts......So definitely taking the Saints -6.5 or -7.....Plus both teams had an extra day of rest so definitely taking the over 47.5 or 48! GL!

That line will be -10 / - $400 by wednesday....

Been on fire with my Over teases the past 2 weeks, (after a HORRIBLE start)......The bet here is obvious and I'm SHOCKED the consensus is with the Under , reason being is peope are saying the saints have a top 10 defense against the pass, and run for that matter, letting up totals of 7,14, and 17, against 2 bad teams , and ATL in week 1.....Miami has proved they can put 20+ on the board with ease, and we all know the saints....I think they go over the 48/49 total easy, but to be safe the bet here is to tease the total to 42, and the saints to -1........basically your saying "do you think the saints can win at home against the dolphins and 6 Td's will be scored in the game? i dont think anyone says no to that

Miami with totals of , 27, 24, and 23....even if they only get 17, that means only 28 points from saints, on MNF? at home with the crowd going crazy? I'd say they get at least 7 from either Defense or special teams, so my money says Breese can manage 3 TD's against a over rated Miami who could EASILY be 1-2

Under seems like the play here.....I say both teams have solid d and the saints will score more....not sure they cover , but saints ml is high juice under 49 is $$$$$$$
