The only thing going against NE is they just had big back to back games against PIT and IND and might not have enough left in the tank on the short week.
Both D's should be a little tired coming off the short week and with both secondaries being suspect i see a high scoring game, so i'm leaning over right now.
The Lions have been nice to me this season ats but this one might be just too much for them. I cannot see the Lions trying to go score for score with the Pats. The only way the Lions should be able to keep this close is by their defense getting to Brady constantly.

Amen!!! don't tease and parlay, put your money on the game that is in hand and take the line! it doesn't factor that much when you tease, sorry have a friend that teases all the time and loses all the time, i play straight up. Take the pats in this game, home dogs that have been 25 to 30 percents bets, haven't panned out like they have in the past, cost me some money early. Bet the better team until things change. In the past takin a home dog with heavy bets on favorite, paid most of the time, but this year it hasn't.....So those who like to play line movement, take a step back... just my opinion

For example, Baltimore was heavy bet on the public this past weekend against carolina, typically a good play in the past would be carolina, but they got there asses kicked
One thing i have noticed is that when the line opens at 3, if it goes to 3.5 hammer the favorite, if it goes to 2.5 hammer the dog. I could give tons of examples throughout the year. Let see with a&m and texas, went from 3 to 3.5, my theory says hammer a&m, so lets see. Good example was Philly monday night football.
