I'm looking to back Indy but gonna wait for the line to drop considering that a lot of people actually think that the Patriots deserve to be #1 in the league over the likes of a team like Arizona.
The Pats are good at home and almost impossible to beat by anyone and it shows not only this season but by the last few years too, but so far they got smashed by KC on the road & lost also to their division rival at home. They beat the Bills (which I believe is overrated at this time), and Minnesota.
This is the first real test for the Pats on the road and they have both Detroit & Green Bay coming up. They are gonna be in a world of hurt and will most likely come out of this stretch limping. There is nothing to look forward to knowing that they can't lose since both the Bills & Miami are only a couple games behind. Lucky for them these two face each other on Thursday. So no matter who wins, if Pats lose this one, they're now only 1 game ahead.
So much pressure on the Pats right now, they can lose so much with a loss on Sunday night. Lose a game, lose the conference lead and have your division rival come one game closer. If it's Miami, it'll only be a 1/2 game lead since Miami already beat them this season. On top of all of that, there's a good percentage chance that they may lose home field advantage too since the Broncos has a much better chance to run the table. Their schedule is much lighter considering how bad Cincy is playing right now and most likely their trip to Miami their most difficult task.
Both teams have a potent weapon available, Gronk & Hilton. Colts will most likely have to run the ball more since NE is more susceptible to the run game and about average against the pass. The #1 offense against an overall average defense.
I think that Indy has the edge, wait for it to drop below 3 if it does then I'm gonna pound Indy. Even at 3 at best it'll push but I think that they can pull out at least a 7 point cover here at home.
Not too sure about the total considering if they decide to play a little smash mouth football with NE. If somehow Indy falls behind, it'll be a shootout and I'd take the over and most likely Indy 2nd half.

It's gona be the Brady/ Gronk show tonight- something I've figured out over the last 15 years of watching the greatest qb of all time- he is not the guy to bet against, ever.

Just don't understand how some of the posters on here, whom I do read and respect, can even mention taking the under here. You have one of the best QBs in the league,EVER, and you have probably the best ROOKIE QB in the league EVER, too.
2 defenses that have a combined average of points allowed is 24. this is against teams like Jacksonville, titans, oakland and vikings. The good teams put up points on both of these squads D. Both offense getting 31 each on the average, again against respectable defense, texans, KC, Denver.
My play is the over BIG 38-33 type of game. If either teams gets behind it becomes a crazy shoot out. Other its just a good old fashion shoot out.

Like I said, they need this road win to be legit. Winning @Buffalo and Minny doesnt count. They also LOST to MIAMI in MIAMI...so I'll say it one more time- they need this road win against a very good Indy to be considered real. I believe N.E. wins with the Gronk/Brady combo, especially. However, Indy can put up huge yards. It is about Indys D being weak against Brady tonight.
