Does the Mirage seriously have Patriots -6? That has to be an error on Covers part. If they do I am driving over there to grab that action
Yea, that is weird.. Wonder if it is accurate? The line on this game is all over the place. I thought Saints might be a 1 or 2 point favorite in this one. I teased them to +7.5 and +11.5. Don't see them losing by more than a td.

I say wrong place wrong time for the Saints on Sunday. Brady won't allow another poor performance from that offense at home, and the Pats don't lose 2in a row. Adjustments will be made and Amendolas rust will come off by Sunday. Pats Win 27-20

Mother nature unleashed her fury last week and New England couldn't make a 4th quarter comeback to take the Bengals into overtime. A tough loss, but whoever said winning back-to-back road games against playoff teams from last year would be easy.
Anyway, its not too often you can get the Pats -1 at home with the public on the other side, especially after coming off a straight up loss. I think the betting public is catching on to the Saints being unstoppable. Aside from the Broncos, they have clearly been the talk of the town as the only unbeaten team left in the NFC. Drew Brees is playing out of his mind, Sean Payton is back, Daren Sproles is healthy, Jimmy Graham is dominating in the redzone, and their defense is playing much better. I agree, the Saints are a really good team, but don't be fooled about their defense.
The Saints schedule has matched them up very favorably for Rob Ryan's new defense. Playing home against Arizona and Miami (who allows the most sacks in the league), and then last week against a very young and inexperienced offensive line in Chicago. Rob Ryan isn't all that different from his brother Rex, meaning they both like to blitz a lot, and they like to disguise their complex blitzes too. That may work against the Dolphins and two rookies in Chicago last week, but I can assure you it's not going to fool Nate Solder, Logan Mankins, Dan Connolly, and Sebastian Vollmer. The Patriots have seen these looks one too many times from Rex Ryan and the Jets.
With all that being said, you live and die by the blitz and I expect Brady's line will hold their own, and allow him time to pick apart this defense with short passes and eventually on some big plays too. I expect Gillete Stadium to be rocking as well once Gronkowski starts to get a couple balls thrown his way.
I am putting my faith in Belichick and Brady to bounce back.
My Final
Saints 27
Pats 31
Good luck

Listen up Fu.ckhead...not everyone from jersey is a "dou.sch".. Its not our fault that Fixed show put a false perspective on jersey around the country. If i personally saw Snookie or Mike the situation, I would personally put them both in the ER for giving Jersey an even worse name then it already has. Your just as DUMB n young as them...You all should hang out and have a big Dou.sch fest.

I respectfully disagree with you Sammy - I believe the Saints are the better all-around team. Rob Ryan has really improved the defense, giving up an average of 14.6 PPG through five games. Add to that Gronk is considered unlikely to play at this point, which means issues converting for TD's in the red zone. Saints have many more weapons on the offensive side of things, scoring 26.8 PPG to the Patriots 19.
While I rarely go against the Pats at home, the Saints also hold a 7-1 ATS record versus the Pats in their last 8 matchups...
Good luck to you regardless, I'll be on the other side of the fence with this one, Saints +1 all day long.

saints running game is terrible and their run defense is worse. Yes brees and jimmy are on fire but so is Talib. NE defense is looking better every week. I think these factors will make this game UNDER and it comes down the final possession. I just cant underestimate BB's Jedi ways and Brady s obsessive work ethic. Pats and under.

I totally agree with this right here. NE Wins this game by a minimum of 14 points. No one else thinks this will happen, but it's obvious that NE is a dominate home team and I can't see the Saints going in there and taking care of business. NE will blow them out.
Enjoy the game fellows

NE is super lucky to be 4-1 and they just don't have the weapons. Saints better on Off and Def. and they look like they are hitting a stride. NE still scrambling to come up with a run def. and haven't really played anybody of real quality. Saints take this one. Sorry Boston, gonna have to hope its a Red Sox year for you to get a winner in town.
