Colonel are you starting to think that betting on the Giants especially with a low number like this is kind of like betting with the Pats last year. They seem to be playing with the same confidence (not cocky) as the Patriots did last year and i think have as much talent on both sides of the ball. Just a thought. Needless to say i'm with you on the Giants.
Hope the G-Men don't lay an egg in the desert.

No doubt the Cards will come to play but we will still get the money. The G-Men left their egg in Cleveland.

Giants don't get penalized in the trenches.... that's the mistake that plagued them for years that they erased last year... and this year it's non-existant....
championship caliber teams don't false-start, and don't jump offsides.... that will be the difference here....
and the last time THE GIANTS traveled to Arizona they beat the Patriots in the Superbowl.... Eli played pretty well in that stadium then... I dont' see a difference now...
Ok, talking about Eli and a hard count is not comparable b/c he was at home for that...crowd noise is against Eli in this.
Second of all, although NYG plays well overall, they are not diciplined. They're ranked 28th on both sides of the ball in penalty yards lost while ARZ is ranked 23rd on both sides...so that edge goes to ARZ.
I'm not endorsing either side but be careful with those statements

Did you see that Monday Night game against the 49ers? they had 3 scores called back on penalties.... they were jumping offsides AT HOME.... and they were false starting AT HOME... the edge is definitely in the Giants favor as to that regard.... Eli will be able to make the jump offsides way easier than the SF qb.... I think it's a big factor

The Cardinals, the league's worst team last year in running up penalties, are back at it in 2008. They are tied for the most penalties in the NFL at 72.
Maybe they are who they are, though this apparent part of their identity is not the stuff of public-relations campaigns.
"I'm not going to accept that," coach Ken Whisenhunt said of this notion. "At some point, hopefully, we'll turn the tide and become better."
To be sure, the Cardinals continue to work on the problem.
"We can't take all the penalties back," said safety Adrian Wilson, whose offside penalty Monday night nullified an interception return for a touchdown by Antrel Rolle. "We have to continue to work on it. He (Whisenhunt) harps on it every day. It's not like we're not mindful of it."

Remember, the Cleveland Browns are no where the complete team the Giants are either...but at home anything can happen. I think this line is another example of where the public says.."wow, the Giants only -3...the Cardinals cant compete this team, no way!!"...I need to look at this a little more but early lean is AZ +3.5.
