I like philly in this game. However, after watching them the last two weeks there is no way i could feel comfortable putting any amount on them.

The giants are a lot worse than people think. The one "absolute" is that the Philly D shows up.

Oh man! what a good game this is going to be. Yankees in town playing against Phillies tonight as well.

Staying away but if I had to choose, I would go with Over.  This is a rivalry game so expect everyone to go full out.  I can't see Giants losing 3 in a row but I couldn't see Broncos coming in 6-0 this year so yea....lol...expect fireworks though.

G-Men might not be the great team of the past couple of years, but they are still the best team in the NFC east.  People are talking bout the Giants last two games... look at the Eagles last two, a loss to Oakland and a fluke win over the Skins.  That's very impressive!!!  Didn't Philly take an ass whoopin when they played the Saints as well???  The Giant's only true weakness is their wounded secondary, which you can only expect Kurt Warner and Drew Brees to take advantage of.  McNabb is nowhere near as accurate and definitely doesn't have the caliber weapons of Warner and Brees.

If Without Westbrook, Philly has considerable less punch to counter Giants offensive weapons.However Reid's penchant for an all out aerial attack,may expose Giants soft secondary,making this game too close to call.

How do you take away big plays?? That's a moronic way to analyze a teams performance. Washington MIGHT win if they would have played better. Giants barely beat Washington at home, while the Eagles beat Washington on the road. Take the better team in this one...Like the overrated Trojans last night, the Giants and Eli are overrated. N.Y. Giants (5-2) at Philadelphia (4-2) The Giants are suddenly looking vulnerable after two losses to good NFC Teams. Even after these two losses the public is still picking the Giants in this NFC East rivalry game. The Giants five victories were against Washington, Dallas, Tampa Bay, Kansas City and Oakland. The only winning team in the bunch were the Cowboys and the Giants needed a four turnover advantage to win that game by just two points. The last two weeks New York lost badly to the Saints and Cardinals, two teams that can put points on the board. Considering the amount of points Philly is putting up this year, it could be a long afternoon for the Giants.

Defensively Philadelphia has allowed more than 17 points just once all season. Only one of their last five opponents they faced at home tallied more than 14 points. This is a team with the better players on both sides of the ball yet they are a slight home underdog here. The Eagles lost to the Giants at home each of the past four seasons but this year Philadelphia is the better team. I read a lot of posts about how poorly the Eagles play when Westbrook has played. In past years this might be true, but this is a new Eagles team with LeSean McCoy and IMO Philly doesn't miss a step. Offensively the Eagles will be the best team on the field.

One trend that stands out regardless of where this game is played is the underdog is 9-0 ATS in their last 9 meetings. Considering the Eagles are playing at home as the home dog and have lost the last two games played at home against the Giants I'm going with the Eagles in the matchup.

This looks like a def. nfc east battle .  44 seems like a little high

NYG +1: the Eagles lost to the lowly Raiders only two weeks ago and were not that impressive against the Skins last week. 14 of their points were on turnovers and if you takeaway both of DeSean Jacksons long TDs, the eagles had just 138 yards passing and rushing all versus the lowly Skins, I’ll take the g-men at home looking for redemption. Score: Giants 41 – Eagles 20 (4 units)

Giants have been a covering machine, not recently, so I think they are back, and no westbrook is big
