even if he's not back I like pitt at home.  they've covered nicely for me the last couple weeks giving me a 9 unit boost.  taking them for 4.5 units in this one -3...wish i got it at 2.5

Giants are shaky.  They looked horrible against Cleveland, and then le San Francisco hang around way too long.  They seem to have lost focus (or they were never as good as I thought they were).  No way New York goes to Pitt and wins.  I'll give the three without thinking (especially off the bye).  Pitt may not like that the NFC East is getting so much love as the best division is football...

Giants are over rated. If they beat Pitt in Pitt than i will eat my words for breakfast , lunch , and dinner.
 
Pitt should own this team easily. Than again the NFL is shaky this season. But Pitt by 7 atleast.

I'm really confused by this game. The line seems to be coming back done some place below a FG. It takes some serious money to push a game below the 3 in the NFL. I was leaning Pitt, but much more work to be done on this one

Thank you - take out the Redskins & who have the Giants beat this year?? Rams, Bengals, Seahawks & 49ers - WOW!!!!!!!!! WATCHOUT!!!  TOUGH TEAMS THERE!!!!!!! And they also lost to the so-so- Browns?? Pittsburgh is TOUGH - BOYYYYY!!!!!! And there at home??? Eli is gonna get worked!!!! - Get your "Terrible Towels" out - Gonna be Pittsburgh BIG,BIG,BIG,BIG,BIG,BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know about the over / under, but take the Steelers.....

Live in The burgh-  Forecast is rain all weekend, and pitt/rutgers play on sat at Heinz- small improvements have been made to the field, but it will be sloppy in the second half when the G-men roll into town come sunday

And Santonio cant resist smoking blunts in his SUV- was already deactivated this morning-no willie parker, but the biggest loss is going to be at end with aaron smith-this guy is a workhorse and has been underrated everywhere in the USA except here in Pittsburgh, and he will be sorely missed when they conistently run over travis krschies side with the ace king and joker in jacobs, bradshaw, and ward                              UNDER        T.O.P.     Gmen 38:26         Pit  21:34

i like the giants in this one.  i know they got beat by the browns on the road, but this team usually gets up for road games.  they've got the track record to prove it.  plaxico not practicing is not a concern.  i'd be more concerned with the steelers receiving issues and holmes puffing phillies.  the nfc east is the best division in football and the steelers already have a loss from one of the east teams (eagles).  a ton of people all over the steelers.  you all know what that means.  i'll take the +3 and love it even more with anything more than a FG.

I am very biased but I think the Giants know this will be a huge test for them and they will play with that chip on there shoulder that they played with last year when they won the SB. They play hungry and poised when they are the underdogs and on the road. Giants win by 13!!!

I love betting the Steelers @ home in such a big game. Giants were road warriors last year but what happened when they went to Cleveland?  That was one of my high points of the season.  I really hyped up the Browns that night and took them on the ML and knew it was golden. 

Not much different today.  Steelers get it done at home.

Giants +3 for me.       King of D is right -- most of the thread on one team, line moving the other way... that's enough to confirm for me this is the right pick.  NYG do well on the road, need to rebound, and Pitt has some guys out.   I'd rather root for Pitt but not taking them in this spot.
