Ugh... What to do...  I'm a Philly fan, and I broke my own rule last week about betting on my own team.  The ONLY reason i'm placing a small play on this game is because I had a great weekend.. that being said.....

The Eagles are known for having rough stretches every year...  Anyone remember when they TIED the browns last year?  I have a feeling they're in for a 3 game slide, the media is gonna jump on them, QB controversy ensues (Kolb v McNabb v Vick) then they turn it around and have to make a run for the playoffs.. This has been Philly's story every year.. 

as much as I hate to say it, if Philly is giving up more than a score, the smart play might be on WAS...  

Of course that could be over thinking it.  WAS sucks.. we know it, they know it, the eagles know it.  Add the fact that no Haynesworth on D tonight (he's game time decision last I checked) and a new play caller... well.....

Phil -7 all day... or was +8,9... ugh...

ima go all in on the eagles.... last time i went all in on the eagles i lost.. im thinking the under as mcnabb wont throw it as much and we will finally see wb run it more..

going large on eagles
maybe a parlay with the under. good luck.

what to do,what to do??? The eagles embarrasing lost last week is enough for me to take them against the skins,but who know someone new calling the shots in Washington might help them...if its possible. Wanna load up on eagles and the over,but this might end 35-0. Im goin with a tease

Philly fans need to take a closer look. When philly plays a good to great pass defense they struggle. Sherman may be old, but was a great off coordinator for a long time. Not to mention you always take the home dog on monday night. PManning covered against miami this year on monday night, but that was down to the wire. 2 other games qualify as home dog this year and both covered. Wash is the play +7.5.

Im looooving the home dog on a MNF divisional game!!!... Who have Eagles beaten that is good?  KC? Car? and TB?  They are all bad teams...   Redskins are not gonna let the Eagles have it easy.  Look at the history.. they play real tight ball games.   Taking the skins +8

I have to disagree. raiders 12th against pass, 30th against rush, 25th overall. washington 3rd against pass, 24th vs. run, 5th overall. i'll take the skins def. over oak any day.

true... but you  have to take into consideration the common opponents...

Wash lost to Detroit, barely beat STL.... barely beat TB....

Philly killed TB.....

Philly's Pass Defense numbers are scewed because they played the Saints and got Ripped up....

 

If Washington played the Saints, they would not be 3rd against the pass....

They both played TB and Carolina... look what happened in those 2 outcomes

oh... and Philly beat up on KC.... and KC beat Washington at home....

 

Washington has scored a combined 29 points at home this year....

they have only 2 tds at home this whole year.... and they both came against TB....

 

 

I reccommend not betting on Washington tonight...

First, Redskins have played very week competition (except game one) and have little to show for it.  Second, and more importantly, I believe the impact of inserting Sherm Lewis as play caller is strongly negative.  Irrespective of Sherm's ability to call bingo...er plays, I believe Zorn is emotionally drained and his head and heart won't be in it.  This will impact the players.  I expect Washington to be very flat.  I would be suprised (and the loser of a small bet) if the Redskins turn this into a rally/us-agaist-the-world game - I more expect them to turn this into a no effort game to send a message, if subliminal on their part, to Snyder.

The Eagles will win the game.  Not sure it will be by more than a touchdown though.  With that said, safest bet is Tease the Eagles down to -1.5 and Under 31.

The house must have lost a lot on the Sunday games.  Too many games with very good teams playing very bad teams with the bad teams at home, which made the line slightly smaller than it probably should have been.  Not to mention, all of the teams that everyone knew would win, won big. (See Indy, NE, GB).  Seems like everyone I'm hearing from had a big day yesterday.  Love days like that.

All of the common opponents you named are all bad against the pass. I understand wash hasn't played N.O. Take a look at philly against a good pass def and you'll find they struggle for lack of run play calling. All i was saying is washington has a better defense than oakland.
