Why are the Cardinals the hotter team? They've won 4 straight and are 6-4 in their last 10. The Steelers have won 3 straight and are 8-2 in their last 10. Plus the Steelers have played much tougher competition this year. It looks like both teams are peaking right now.
I also wouldn't say that the Cardinals offense was much much better than the Chargers. During the regular season the Chargers only averaged 16 yards per game less than the Cardinals, scored more points and Rivers did lead the league in qb rating this year.
You could also say that the Steelers defense is much much better than the Falcons, Panthers and Eagles. The Eagles were good this year and did rank 3rd in Total D but they weren't on the same level as Pittsburgh's this year. Pittsburgh gave up 4 less points per game, about 40 less yards per game, and were almost #1 across the board.
I think this game will play out like Pittsburgh's last 2 did. It will be close at halftime but Pittsburgh will eventually pull away in the second half to get the win and cover.

Alright, first of all since you are new here let me fill you in to the reason for theese threads,
TO MAKE STUPID ARGUMENTS
like ..............
-The Cards are the hotter team. Just like the Giants were the hotter team last year
if you are basing your capping on an arbitrary concept like the HOTNESS of a team then more power to you. and to use such a long timeline for basing your trend (1 year) im surprised you are not selling your picks with that vast wealth of knowledge. Do you offer analysis on ESPN? when can I watch you? Do you write a column? podcast?
eh, just bustin your balls,
I could see this game going under or over the total.
I just dont see the cards covering.
Got a while for analysis I'll have to dig back real far for this one
(maybe 2 weeks )

Throw all the trends out the window!
Neutral Field (Disregard the East Coast time zone)
Arizona +7/+7.5 (All Day!)
Locked it at +7(-120)-1unit; When it goes to +7.5 I will add an additional 2 unit play.

if you look at the past matchups arizona is the trend. i hope the line goes up to -8.5 to -11 and get even more people on the points
zona will score but pitt is a much better team playing what was considered the hardest schedule in the nfl this year. eagles left points off the board and pitt will not. zona was up 24-6 late in the 3rd and almost lost. pitt could get a special teams td and and a def td plus the offenses points.
