Division rivalry, but no way Ravens drop 2 in a row at home. Steelers looked confused last week, and this was against "Johnny Foot....", oh, um, I mean, some guy..........

Ravens haven't lost back to back home games in a long time since Billick's final year. this is a new situation for Harbaugh but the pressure isn't. The Steelers seem to bring the best out of the Ravens. Getting Ladarius Webb back will help them.

The O/U is unusually a little high though why is it 44 1/2?

After a great Sunday then getting killed by the Giants I'm back for more punishment.

I always love betting this matchup and I always take the underdog which is usually 3 points and buy the line up to 3.5.

I usually end up winning most of them, at least it seems that way.

in this scenario I love the Pitt running game with bell/blount tandem.

on the other side of the ball I dont think the ravens will be able to run the ball.

for those simple reasons I'm on Pitt +3.5

there is maybe 5 or 6 occasions in this rivalry where both teams scored more than 44 pts. it's uncommon. Thursday games are usually low scoring affairs especially when these teams identity are there "defense". ok maybe they didn't have that last week, but since they both play the same style of ball it makes things even. looks like both teams will employ the hurry up offense, maybe that's why the total is a little higher than it usually is.

I think Steelers blew their wad offensively against the Browns. no way I see them scoring 27-30 pts tomorrow and the Ravens will have their moments offensively. I see this being a 23-20 type game. The red zone defenses will be on point.

Baltimore wins in a close one and it'll be a 3 way tie in the AFC North. that'll be a nice prediction...

Ravens are deadly at home after any s/u loss

Coupled with Steelers 2nd half swoon + Ravens 2nd half bounce back and with the Ravens season somewhat on the line vs their biggest rival, you could not find a better spot for the Ravens here.
