This line does smell but the Steelers are the better team and if they play defense like they are capable the Bills are in trouble of getting blown out, IMO.   Just cause the line smells doesn't mean Pitt won't steam roll the Bills !

The Buffalo Bills have been playing hard all season and as of late it's been paying off as two big finishes have made the difference. Ryan Fitzpatrick was named the starter before the season and he's been gutsy but still is a work in progress as he has completed 59.3 percent of his passes for 1,961 yards with 18 touchdowns and nine interceptions while getting sacked 14 times. C.J. Spiller looks to be lost for the season so it's primarily Fred Jackson who has been effective gaining 562 yards and five touchdowns averaging 4.4 yards per carry. Steve Johnson has been Fitzpatrick's favorite target with 52 catches for 728 yards and nine touchdowns while Lee Evans and Roscoe Parrish each have 33 catches. Paul Posluszny leads the defense with 88 tackles and Donte Whitner read the off season press clippings as he has 86. Bryan Scott has three sacks and Marcus Stroud has two as the Bills have just 15 as a team. Buffalo also has just four interceptions. Buffalo is averaging 21.3 points per game while their defense is allowing 27.6 points and 372.4 yards.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are tied for first place in the AFC North with the Baltimore Ravens but they are just 2-2 in their last four games.  Pittsburgh came out last week and made a statement against the Raiders and played their best game of the season stomping Oakland 35-3. Ben Roethlisberger has completed 62.6 percent of his passes for 1,579 yards with 12 touchdowns and four interceptions while being sacked 14 times. Rashard Mendenhall has rushed for 811 yards and eight touchdowns while Mewelde Moore has been the versatile third down back. Mike Wallace and Hines Ward each have 33 catches with Wallace having 759 yards and eight touchdowns. The Pittsburgh linebackers are the best in the NFL with Lawrence Timmons having 89 tackles and three sacks and James Harrison has 69 tackles and nine sacks. The Steelers have 30 sacks as a team and 13 interceptions led by Troy Polamalu with three. For the season the Steelers are averaging 23.5 points and 325.3 yards while the defense is allowing 16.5 points and 302.1 yards.

Buffalo is 3-0-1 against the spread in their last four games as an underdog, 4-0-1 against the spread in their last five games overall, and 1-9-1 against the spread as a home underdog. Pittsburgh is 0-4 against the spread following a straight up win, 1-4 against the spread in their last five against a team with a losing home record, and 3-10 against the spread following a straight up win of more than 14 points. Pittsburgh has covered six in a row in this series.

Buffalo is playing there best football of the season and they have played hard all season and while I think they have a shot here, they have a match up issue as far as defensing the run as they allow over 160 yards a game on the ground. If there is a team who loves to pound the ball it's the Pittsburgh Steelers and tey will look to control the game that way and get the road cover
