How do super bowl losers do in opening games?
Were the Cardinals a Cinderella team that will turn into a pumpkin this season?

Naw,,,,,,,Zona beat the Niners by 10 in game one at SF last season.
I don't see why they can't repeat that performance at home to start the 2009 season....
Leaning THE CARDS at the moment....

Oh, I guess it must be Crabtree that will make the difference in this one, or is it Singletary, or is it their ATS dog record. I just can't put a finger on why the Niners cover this one.

I think you had it right the first time...

new offensive coordinator for the Cards...

Superbowl loser doesn't usually win week 1...

the numbers ATS are in favor of a Superbowl Loser not covering...

plus the ATS numbers in the matchup alone is enough for me to take the dog...

 

also, last year in Arizona when they were burning on all cylinders the 49ers with new pants down head coach were 1 goalline play away from a win, let alone cover...

usually when I play these 2 teams I take a ML... but the spread is usually 3 or 4....

I gotta take SF....

guys the cards are amazing and they are at home i can't believe people won't lay a bet that arizona will cover the 10 points on the spread but they will put their money on the dallas team against tampa?!?!? i guess when you are a gambler you look at odds more than the team

gotta go with the Niners here, I see a mediocre year for the Cards and I'm predicting both Warner and Fitz get hurt and can't play a few games each... might as well start with one of them here, say Fitz... not sure if Boldin is playing either, i think he is still marked questionable... Niners and Singletary should surprise this season, and Shaun Hill is underrated
