Packers w/ Aaron Rodgers 6-2 ... Packers without Aaron Rodgers 2-5-1 but Aaron Rodgers is 
3-0 at Lambeau Field this year... Having his go to guy Cobb back doesn't hurt just ask

That being said Im leaning towards the pack. There's only one QB better than Mr. Rodgers in the cold and it ISN'T Kaepernick. (Tom Brady)

Hard to call that solid process, but I agree with your points. 

 To me I just think the spread is out of whack.. would you lay 8.5 with the niners at home in this matchup?  That's just stupid.  

Rodgers has never been the problem, and while the niners are certainly the better team, the pack with rodgers is always going to have a better offense.  I think the pack practicing in these temps all week while the niners get to see it for the first time on sunday is huge.  Also, I hear a lot "if these teams played 10 times i think team x would win y times" and honestly it's seriously getting to this point... 4 times in 2 years for out of division foes?  In no world would I believe rodgers will lose to anyone 100% of the time to anyone and this is about as ideal as conditions are going to get for him to prove that.

It's hard to throw stats in too much because the pack's are all screwed up from the weeks that rodgers was out and they had horrendous QB play, but I'm going to assume this is the same team they were before he left (sans mathews, but that's not worth more than a point in line value for any defensive player except maybe watts).  It feels like every year or two there's a road team in round one that takes an overwhelming amount of public money and pushes the line to +2.5, but even with an absurd amount of tickets (70+% is enormous in the playoffs) on frisco, most sharp books have refused to flash a +3 and that means they need the pack to win.  Any time you can bet with the books in these huge money disparages, you are making a +ev play... take the pack ML if you want and you make it easier to see, they don't even need to win 50% of the time for that to be smart and given these conditions, I think they win this game much more than 50%.

man, i'd be scared trusting dalton and an otherwise winless (in the playoffs) bengals team on that.  Anything I teased took the chargers up to 13.  Chargers losing by 10 or more would be the biggest surprise of the weekend for me if it happened.

Wind Chills -25F to -45F!!! This is not for the faint of heart.

The '81 AFC Championship was -38F to -59F. Final score 27-7. The high powered passing offense of Don Coryell was shut down by the elements. I see a similar scenario affecting the Packer air attack. Big adv to niner ground based attack.

'67 Ice Bowl was -15F to -36F. Final score 21-17.

Both scores under 40 and tomorows total still sits at 46.5. 

I'm playing the under big here. I see Rodgers handing off alot more than normal. Frisco already abliging makes this an excellent wager. 

Don't wait on this it will go down by tomorrow for sure.

Since Rodgers finally has a running game with Lacy their pass game is dangerous.Too dangerous for a cold SF defence I think.Going with the Packers on the frozen tundra.Good luck.

Man alive there was alot of reading throughout these posts. GREENBAY are very lucky to even be in this game. A Hail Mary and they got in. No matter what anybody says the the weather is the only advantage the PACKERS have in this game. If the 49ers can handle this cold they'll win this game. I've tended to be a PACKERS backer than the 49ers but when it comes to money, well this year it's on the 49ers.

cold weather cant be good for rodgers and his injured collerbone, one good hit from the niners will do it. gonna be a long day for packers fans, mayb next year when hes healthy and on a roll..but not today!

Interesting opinions.   Agree line where it is says sf but, not so fast......   Sf has owned this nicked up packers club and I don't wanna hear about cold weather unless all the packers grew up and live in Green Bay and all the niners grew up and lived in San Fran.   They didn't so that's a dumb thing to bring up in any write up.   Bottom line is these are all grown men that come from different places.  Green Bay has guys who grew up in warm weather places and San Fran has guys that grew up in cold weather places.    Combine all that with the fact that sf has gotten gb 3 times in a row over 2 seasons and I am going with mr Rodgers to get his every time in this situation. Call me dumb but, coach McCarthy has a ring and all coach harbaugh has is a stupid look on his face.   Not a big harbaugh fan, with his equally as goofy looking brother at home, I can't wait til Jim is joining him for next week's games.   Green Bay gents.  20-17

I see this game being very tight.   Similar to the saints vs eagles game last night.   Why stress yourself out?  Perfect game to tease.

Best bet of the week is the niners -2.5. Niners are built to win in bad weather. Watched a lot of packets this year and even before rodgers injury they were struggling to put up more than 7 points before half time. I dont think i would put too much stock in their win against chicago either with their awful defense.
