 Look, this is another Home ,but not home , game for J'vle..but they will FINALLY score a TD @ home (but not @ home)...after all that.. It REALLY DOESN'T MATTER!!

over 41 ......... what are everyone's thoughts on the total??

I think the over is a good play in this game.....niners do most of the work....jags chip in to cover.

Also, is it accurate to say that UK games have a tendency to be high scoring because the NFL wants to make the games exciting for the UK fan base??

   No, tho I have not pulled the trigger, I'm thinking Over and might take Jags now while I can still get 17, certainly will if line moves to 18 and it might giving the horrible Jags stats.

My conspiracy game of the week!  This game is a demonstration of American Football outside of the country and a blowout wouldn't look good for the league or to a European audience.  The Steelers/Vikings game in London was one of the most exciting games of the season.  And they lit the scoreboard up.  Taking Jags on medium play and small parlay on the Jags/Over

 Just some info for those betting the total.  I will be at the game on Sunday at Wembley and its going to rain.  It's going to rain all day and could get heavy before the game which will affect the surface.  I don't think its going to be heavy rain during the game but a constant drizzle.  Both teams will probably run the ball and eat the clock.  I would lean under.

 What you saying is 100% true.  No way 49ers lose this game but I am pretty confident the Jags cover the spread.  How would it look if the Jags got blown out.  This is a team that is slated to play in London for the next 3-4 years.  No one will come watch them if they see how bad they are.  Most of the fans watching will be casual fans and will not be aware of how bad the Jags.  You think they will come back next year to watch them if they get blown out? Me thinks not.  Jags cover.  Take the +16 on the spread and thank me later.  Jags scored all of 3pts last week.  I think they are good for at least 10 this week if not more.

yeah and the Pats destroyed The Bucs and the Rams couple years back in London. so blow out has happened before.  GL

no one said blow outs haven't happened before. bucs and rams weren't signed up to play at wembley for the next 3 years. jags cover.

yeah give me the 49ers and -17 points. that's a lot of points but I think San Fran can cover . Jags are just terrible ,horrible , and hopeless. Although they can score points from time to time, 49ers are one of the best defenses' .

No.  It has happened before, but the Pats blew out almost everyone that year and they were the spectacle for European fans.  AND like kalra posted the Jags have a deal for the next 4 years to play over there.  AND it is a 5-2 ATS vs. a 1-5 ATS.  AND (less important) I like 17 point dogs because of Jimmy "The Greek" ha

Lot of big money hammering the Jags all the way down to 14.5!  Wouldn't be surprised to see that 2.5 point difference play a significant role...
