I dont like all the points you have to give up for this game , +9.5 is alot of points the Chargers are going to have to cover . The Chargers have lost to the Chiefs in week 1 , Seahawks , Rams and the Raiders twice. All games they should have won . (they also lost to the Pats but we expected that) , At times they have showed brillaince and at times they have not (like losing to Raiders x2) can they do it , maybe ? SF has shown signs of being able to score and could keep it close.
the better bet is the over 44.5 . Both offenses can score , could be a blowout of 31-14 , or it could be close 24-21. either way I favor the over

I'm on San Francisco here... This is a big rivalry game and I think the injuries to San Diego will prove to be too much. Everyone always says "look at who they've beat", or "look at who has beat them"... This is the NFL!! This season is a prime example of what a melting pot of talent the NFL has become. There are only a couple of teams this year that can be considered elite and their emergence has only been within the last couple of weeks... Neither one of these teams are "elite" in my book. (That's not to say there won't be any "Elite" players on the field)
Both teams still have a shot at the playoffs and will be putting everything they have on the line. I definately don't see a blow out. I think San Diego wins this by no more than 7, but I wouldn't put it past the 49ers to win outright.
As confident as the majority on here is on the Chargers, I'm just as confident with the points and the 49ers.

I dont know much,but the way I see it is Rivers has an injured recieving corp and San Frans defensive backs aint no slouches especially when they come to play and they finally have something to play for.The wide open NFC WEST title and a chance to finally make the playoffs again.
I made two seperate open plays buying points for just under a unit with both plays. I guess I am gonna play a little Parlay Poker and be patient and if it comes in Im good with out alot of RISK!
Chargers lost a bunch of games they should have won when healthy now they have some injuries and Mr Jackson aint 100%...I know RIVERS is having a year,but to do it with nothing!

No offense Willie, but one win against the seahawks at home should hardly be considered "surging". The only thing that scares me is that Vegas knows people wanna pile up on SD...wonder if they are setting us up ....
