Not true. If they lost the last game to Arizona, the playoff bye would have swapped as well as home field game.

When was the last time 49ers weren't the favorite going into a marquee matchup on SNF? They were six point underdogs in Week 15 last year against the heavily favored Patriots in Foxborough and beat them 41-34. Forget the Seahawks home record, 49ers +3 will beat them outright Book'em Dano

Yes, it's Sunday night primetime, yes the Kingdome, errrrrrrr, "CenturyLink Field" will be rockin', yes, the Sea-Turkeys are tough at home, but if Deangelo Williams doesn't fumble on the 1 yard line last week, would this game be 49ers +3 points or -3?
I was not at all impressed with Seattle's "offense" last week - this game does seem like a trap - baiting Seahawk fans, that is.....
No disrespect there "Russell Wilson 3", who joined in September, with your first post, but something tells me you may have a bias on this game.....
49ers "D" gets it done, and the "O" may cruise to a comfortable 4-5 point win.....
Good Luck All!

You act like Carolina gave away that game? He fumbled? More like Earl Thomas punched the ball out. If it wasn't for penalties and that one fumbled by Wilson they would have easily won by 14+ in that game. Wilson threw for over 300 yards and had a QB rating of 115. Not that impressed huh? Biased aside, I honestly don't think there is a team in the NFL that could win against them playing at Clink. There is no home advantage even close in the NFL. Enjoy the show!

The way theNiner's played week one and the way the Hawk's played, damn, common sense right? Niner's, right? That's why sometimes it's not good to use common sense, we can hurt ourselves just by thinking! Uh, taking the Hawk's. If common sense prevails then I blew it.

how is taking the niners common sense? The she hawks have the biggest home field advantage in the history of the nfl. The stadium was built to enhance the noise. Line should b sea -3.5 or -4.

Niners looked good and amped up at home in the opener..... against a very suspect green bay secondary. they're a great team but the hawks at home will be a different situation.

This is the the type of game where Harbaugh will cut loose Kaep. The Seahawks will get a double dose of running from the back and from the qb. If Hawks stop that, then u gotta stop Boldin. cant do it all. i expect this to be hard hitting affair n possibly last possession wins it.
go 49rs

I'm still leaning 49ers, but maybe this would help everyone that's on the fence about this game - - between the weird tats and the big schnozz, Kapernick will look even more strange and alien-like missing an eyebrow - whereas I think Wilson could probably pull it off.....
