One thing I've learned over the last 10 years is that NFL games are typically close (average margin of victory is less than 4 points)--

So don't be afraid to take Chiefs to 19.5 and Seahawks to 16.5 (both home teams)-- nothing worse than losing by a FG or a half point (ie Philly +3.5)

You really need a strong running game to match up well against the Tampa 2 defense. Kansas City does not have that. Their running backs combined for 60 rushing against the Jets. And Charles their leading rusher last week (45 yds) is questionable with an ankle injury. I would like to think my Chiefs are kind of turning the corner a kittle bit this year and we will see some better things from them. They will be competitive, but Tampa is too much for them. Chiefs secondary is a little banged up and Tampa has their receivers healthy. Chiefs give up almost 200 yds/ game on the ground, good for 32nd in the league.

I really think you got it Bruce.  Glad to see you're laying the big chalk.  Makes me more comfortable doing it because I usually don't like to.  I don't see KC keeping this close.  They're short on weapons big time.  TB got their loss out of way when I faded them big time against Dallas.  Today I'm on TB.  They'll win by a couple TD's or more.

As much as I hate betting against KC at home, this is a great matchup for TAMPA.
 
Tampa will have no problem moving the ball, and KC will have plenty against a STRONG Tampa D.

The Chiefs are starting Tyler Thigpen at quarterback.  There should be no retort to that statement whatsoever.  Especially going up against the very good Bucs defense, the Chiefs will not have as easy a time as they did against the shitty Jets defense.  Also, I don't really want to be the one to bet on the Bucs to lose two straight games.  I don't see this one being close at all...either the Bucs dominate, or the Chiefs win outright, no middle ground here.

Tampa just played a VERY physical game in big D

Thigpen I think he has a bright future in the NFL but that doesn't start this week

Too many vets for TB and I think they crush KC

Tampa will not have a problem running and passing the ball against the KC defense. Tampa D's hasn't looked that great on the road and I see KC being able to get a few scores without a problem today. This game will end up somewhere in the high 40's.

Bro I agree-- MY apologies for typing htat-- I actually looked at the weather today and realized I fucked up-- again sorry-- I normally do not post false info- but KC +19 was good
