I have home field advantage this week, so I feel like I have to come through big this week.

Gonna be there tomorrow. Should be a great time.

Sergio ov Fowler

The last 8 tourneys they've played together including all 4 majors, head to head, Sergio is 7-1 against Fowler.

Finau ov Berger

Finau 3 straight top 25's. He's a streaky player, and I think he's streaking right now. Berger in the last 4 tourneys has 3 finishes outside the top 40.

Woodland ov Koepka

Woodland is in the zone in the FedEx Cup. Has a 4th and 15th place finish where Koepka has a 70th and 57th in the 2 playoff tourneys.

Na ov Zach Johnson

Kind of a gut call here. Zach has been fading a little bit. Has been hovering right around the cut line. Na missed the cut last tourney, but before that was a top 10 finisher. He took a week off...I think he comes back strong this week.

Dustin ov Rory (First Round)

Rory has 1 round under 70 the last 12 tourneys. Dustin only has 2 rounds above 70 the last 11 tourneys. For whatever reason, Rory gets off to a slow start. Dustin also has the morning tee time here.

I agree with the value bet on Hurley first round and I think Chappell handles Phil first round as well.

Best of luck going against Rory this week. He appeared to gain some confidence with the putter last week. I am not saying I'd bet on him, but I wouldn't be against him either.

We were like 2 kids in a candy store today for the first few hours today.

Followed Sergia, Fowler, and Na for a while. Heard Fowler say on the driving range he wasn't feeling good about the round today. Wish I would've laid the house on that.

Na looks fantastic. Ball striking is solid.

Sergio looked shaky at first, but seemed to get better as the round went on.

Then we went and checked out Dustin, Day and Reed. Got to shake hands with Dustin, and Reed, so I'm pretty sure that makes us all friends.

The rain came in hard, and we waited around for a while and then thought there was no way they were going to get the round started again so we left. Big mistake. Everyone left, and if we would've waited we could've been walking along Dustin, Day and Reed all afternoon with nobody else around. Oh well. If you guys would've seen what it was like at 4:30 you would've have blamed us.

As we were pulling away it was lightning just a few miles south...really shocked they restarted.

But my favorite moment of the tournament was this: On the podcast we have some fun with the names of golfers, in particular how every announcer pronounces different players names. Nobody pronounces "Finau" the same...but the ultimate is Emiliano Grillo. I've heard "Grill-o", "Gree-yo", and "Gree-lo". I love Grillo, hes been a draftkings sleeper for months, he's been fantastic in yahoo fantasy golf...so I made it a point to follow him for a couple holes, and cheer him on (trust me...I was the only one doing that. No doubt the guys he was playing with, Jimmy Walker, and Russell Knox were a little confused). But as his caddy passed me I asked him how to pronounce his name...I said..."is it Grill-o?". I fully expected him to blow me off, and instead he stopped looked at me and smiled, and nodded! I said, "It's Grill-o?" He nodded again, and smiled, and I turned my head and saw Emiliano, he had clearly heard me asking about his name. He looked at me...we locked eyes...he smiled......and for that one second in time ........................................me and Emiliano Grillo had a moment. A bonafide moment. Just two bros on a golf course having a man to man moment. I know he felt it to.

I didn't follow him the rest of the day. I wanted our bro moment to be our last memory of each other. I think he wanted it that way too.

In all seriousness, the course looks great, but it took a beating today with the rain...more rain is coming tomorrow. Not sure how it will shake out tomorrow, but there's rain in the forecast for Saturday as well. I'm hoping for a Monday finish because I know I can get free tickets from a vendor. Fingers crossed.

did the damn storm just sit over the course and dump, alangrrbs? the radar map looked like it wasn't moving. I know from living in the midwest when I was a kid, thunderstorm fronts usually move right on thru and are done fairly quickly. this thing looks like it has stagnated

It was brutal for a long time.  And the fairways and greens had pools of water.  I wouldve bet money they wouldn&#x27;t have started again.  And in true Indiana fashion, it cleared up quick and became super hot.  It was crazy.  Those fairways and greens are soaked right now.  If it rains tomorrow...that course is in big trouble

Love the stories thanks for sharing! Do you actually golf? I am wondering how impressive is it to actually see those guys strike the ball in person? I have never had the chance to see a pro tournament in person... I hope you get to make it out there again before the tournament is over.

I play a little bit, but I&#x27;m by no means good.  It is impressive to see them in person.  They swing so hard, yet have so much control over the ball.  If anyone ever has a chance to go see a tourney, you have to.  You get to stand right next to the players...it&#x27;s not like any other sporting event.  Imagine going to a football game and in between quarters you get to shake hands with Aaron Rodgers.  And you get to walk across the field.  That&#x27;s what you get to do at a golf tourney.  It&#x27;s awesome.I&#x27;m going to be out there Sunday as well.  Just got our tickets today.

well looks like the rain held off long enough so they got the 1st AND 2nd rounds completed. Dustin Johnson shoots "the bomber" today [-9] for [-14] to tie Roberto Castro for the 2nd round lead. "Magilla Gorilla" could just keep going!!!

Playing Na ov Berger 3rd round.Kevin Na&#x27;s last 2 3rd rounds he shot 67 and 67.Daniel Berger&#x27;s last 2 3rd rounds he shot 74 and 74.Also playing Day ov Mcilroy 3rd round.Here are some great stats for everyone.In the last 8 tourneys, in the 3rd round, Rory has one round under 70.  He also played good in the first round, which is rare for him so I looked back to see how he performs after a good first round.He shot a 69 at The Open (which was a good round), and then shot a worse 2nd, and an even worse 3rd.  Shot a 70 at The Masters, and a 77 in the 3rd round.In Jason Day&#x27;s last 10 tourneys, in the 3rd round, he has 8 rounds 69 or under.  Also, since the Masters when Jason Day has shot a better 2nd round than his first here are the corresponding 3 round scores...66, 67, 70, 67.  Day shot &#x2B;1 day 1 and then -5 2.  I think Day puts together a really solid round tomorrow.
