Fleetwood -105 v Rose
Fleetwood playing the best golf of his life and really nobody is playing better. He is now in the lead in the Race to Dubai
Read an article which said
Fleetwood grew up playing links golf on the Southport coast of England.
This is a course that demands accuracy and if you watched golf last week in France, it was a links style course and Fleetwood was dead on. Never seemed to be in trouble off the tee.
Nobody is consistently driving it straighter and hitting more GIRs than Fleetwood.
This year he is #1 on the Euro tour in GIR at 81.2% which is way in front. He s also 5th in scrambling and 1st in sand saves.
He looked so good last week. And he gains confidence.
He is only -105 v Rose
I'm on it.
Considering betting him in other matchups too
Gonna add Dredge -135 v Stone
Dredge played very well last week in France where was T6 heading into Sunday but shot a final round 76 to finish T27 while Stone MC at +4 last week.
Dredge is a links specialist having 6 career Top 10s at the Irish Open. He is 4 for 4 at Irish Opens links courses in his career which include T6 at Ballybunion; T24 at Portrush and T10 at Royal County Down. Saw a stat that STATISTICALLY DREDGE IS THE TOP SCRAMBLER IN IRISH OPENs getting up and down 69% of the time! Also has had Links success in the past with a runner-up finish at the 2006 Dunhill Links and a T11 there last year.
Playing well this year making cut 7 of 9 with a solid week last week and a T15 last month in Sweden.
Stone can go very low and be spectacular and can also go high.
Dredge seems to be a solid play this week and should play well.

I was leaning toward chancing a small "to win" on "Judge" Dredge @ 80-1 this week after his performance @ Le Golf National last week. was in contention going into the final round. NO tourney match play available at the Las Vegas books this week
also going to play our Danish "curse" Thorbjorn Olesen -120 over Andy Sullivan. his last three tourneys Thor has gone tied 3rd with a final round [-6] for tourney [-8] @ Le Golf National. tied 34th [-5] @ Golfclub Munchen the week before and tied 4th @ Nordea Masters [-9] so it looks like he is "heating up". he has won on links courses before @ the Alfred Dunhill Links in 2015 and also won the Turkish Airlines Open [-20] by three shots over David Horsey and the ChiCom Haotong Li last season. Andy Sullivan was decent in France BUT shot a final round [+3] for tourney [-4] and tied 13th. he has NOT played much this season and missed the cut in two of his five Euro Tour tourneys
GOOD LUCK, sacker17

watched Tommy last night. he started of on #10 and played well the first eight holes getting to [-3] BUT then started "spraying" and played the rest of his round [+1] for a final [-2] which should be right on the cut line. Rose looked like "at the Masters" Rose with a solid 3 birdie 1 eagle NO bogies [-5] round. looks like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eU_IlqMlsTA for THAT tourney match play

Uihlein played great last week and looks in good form right now.
Horsey not in same class
Lousy start for Uihlein with a double bogey on 2 so down 2 early.
Wish I hadn't bet it at last minute. Hope nobody saw post and was influenced to play it at last minute like me.
Long way to go so hoping for Uihlein to pick it up or Horsey to lay egg.
Hate laying big wood (-145) in a single round too. Wasn't gonna do it and then just said what the hell. Uihlein is better. But laying big wood in single rounds is a bad formula

Well that better. Horsey is cooperating now at +3 today while Uihlein got a stroke back and is +1. Through 8. Long way to go still but Uihlein is just the better player
