It has been a BIG shock losing his Clean cut image, his best friend (remember his Dad died and he only had Stevie as his only Buddy, but specially His Wife that he loved (he really did, he just did a very stupid guy thing) and his Children and its gonna be awhile before he gets his MoJo back, id say another 4 years. After that Hes Facing a bunch of GOOD players younger and hungrier that he is with better equipment. Competition in Golf today is at its best ever. They come from all ages, races and continents, it aint the good ol anglo game it has been since its inception. But I do think he can come back smarter and stronger and will prove that when he was the best it wasnt a flike.

In his latest act of desperation Tiger is switching putters this week for the 1st time in 11 yrs. Used the same putter to win all but one of his majors and all of a sudden it's not any good.
He's already making excuses saying he's more comfortable on fast greens and not the slower ones of St.Andrews. Wasn't he comfortable enough when he won there twice by a combined 13 shots????
You keep adding it up and the guy is still a trainwreck. Only a matter of time before he takes the bag from Stevie. New swing, new ball, new putter. The excuses are running out.

LOL what a thread!! K simply put Tiger WILL win another couple majors. He's just going through some speed bumps in life. All of today's players should be on his jock for all the $$$ he's brought to the PGA. Beware once he's healthy and has a clear head Jack's record is toast!
2 years worth of speed bumps. He didn't make the Fed Ex cup. That's like not making the playoffs in the NBA. Everybody goes. He'll win again, only because they all play good at times. But his days of domination are over and Jack's record is REAL SAFE.

It may not be a FLUKE, but then again look at the guy who has the record with the most HR's (73) in one season and the most Ever : Bonds. Was he a fluke? You must study sports in general, not just Golf.

Please if you think that the fields were tougher in Jack's day you have no clue...EOD... Hell back then half the field was club pro types and talent.. Todays game is global not just Gary Player... These kids can play and all are talented and athletes for the most not whiskey drinking overweight players.. No comparison.. Rocco Mediate ( 17 yrs on tour) was ask if he was to try to start on the tour now with the talent he had when he first started could he make the tour.. He laughed and said he could not make the Nationwide Tour.. He said he learned to play real golf on the tour these kids today learn that the game at the HS level due to coaches..clinics.. camps.. ect... Nobody can erase what Tiger did in his heyday. He was by far and away the most dominant golfer the world has seen. It's hard to compare generations but he was by far the best of his. Steroids or not. If he used them he wasn't the only one and still destroyed his competition.
