Tiger's drop on 10

Did anyone hear how/why Tiger got the drop? It was a few feet/yards from where that chair was. Did someone kick the ball over to the chair and he could move it back? I'm just curious how/what the ruling was.

the tv tower may have been in his line of sight,only thing I can think of,never heard any explanation.

HOW ABOUT THE DROP PHIL GOT ON THE PAR 3 WHEN HIS BALL WENT INTO A SPRINKLER HEAD ON THE SHORT ROUGH NEAR THE GREEN

HE WAS ABLE TO DROP THE BALL ON THE GREEN

THIS HAPPENED ON SATURDAY, DON'T REMEMEBER WHICH PAR 3
