Event is played at this venue every other year so when checking past history only look at the odd years
Smith -120 v Morrison
While Morrison has been playing some of his best golf lately, Smith is a terrific rookie and hasn't had a MC.
Smith already has an OWGR of 99 while the 32 year old Morrison is 164 in OWGR
Morrison course history here not so great
2015 T70 at +10
2013 MC at +5
2011 T70 at +4
In 10 rounds at this course Morrison only broke 72 once!
Canizares Even v Colsaerts
Wrong guy favored
Colsaerts has lost his game since being a top player and making the Ryder cup a few years back. So much raw talent but cant get it done.
Last 3 tourneys he has 2MC and a T60 at +14.
8 rounds total +26 over par with only 1 round under 74
Colsaerts hasn't played this event at this course in 2011 2013 or 2015
Canizares won this event in 2014 (at different course as they alternate every other year). Canizares plays this event every year being a Spaniard and has made the cut in 5 of the last 6 years (2 of the 3 years made cut when played at this course).
He has made 5 of 6 cuts this year vs Colsaerts 3 of 6 cuts made.
Larrazabal Even v. Levy
Another Spaniard and wrong guy favored!
Larrazabal has 2 T8s this year and has made 352k euros
Levy has only made 156k euros
Course history here is very favorable to Larrazabal
