Golf channel saying winds should still be around 20mph when play resumes. Last 5 holes playing into the wind.
I have a few options...curious what you guys think??
I could close a 500 parlay (first team in) with Snedeker to win 1500.
I can open a second one with Walker to hedge. I believe one of these two players will win. I think the wind will be too strong for Choi!
I can wait on original parlay and play live wager after a few holes to see how things play out?
You already know my feelings on this. I'd fill that thing live after a few holes. Can through my posts but I don't think Snedeker wins this. Especially if that winds stays died down (As it was in the last live shot I saw)

And don't listen too much to these announcers behind the desk. Yes, the back 9 will play into the wind....IF IF IF the wind is actually blowing. That live shot interview showed no wind. It's not just going to miraculously turn back up to 20-30mph winds.

I don't mind paying a little extra juice to get a better look! I'll check back in at 1:00EST and see what wind conditions look like. If it's calm I like Walker's odds.

That's the best plan of attack, but if there's little to no wind. It will be more than Walker in with a shot. Probably favors him more if the wind is actually blowing a bit steady. Otherwise dont count out Choi or even Streelman.

The Golf Channel to have coverage of a live golf event?!?!?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
That's hilarious!!!
My guess is they will be showing a replay of the 2003 Women's Vick's Vapor Rub Pumpkin Sled Match Play Senior Amateur Open.
If you want to watch live golf of a final round of a PGA tour event you've got a better chance of finding it on Oprah's network rather than the Golf Channel.
Now I know what you're thinking..."But it's got the word 'Golf' in the name of the channel. Don't they specialize in showing golf?". And the answer is yes, they do specialize in golf. Just not live golf. Or golf that interests the public. Or exciting golf.
But if you want to watch a talk show discussing a tournament that is taking place at the exact time as the tournament they are talking about...the Golf Channel is for you. If you want to watch some unknown amateurs having a mindless skills challenge hosted by another unknown amateur. The Golf Channel is for you. If you want to get tips on how to putt from someone who hasn't made a cut on the PGA tour in 14 years...the Golf Channel is for you. If you want to watch a movie about an aspiring pro golfer who loses a tournament and then gets in a car wreck in a small town in Texas and then with the help of a wise rancher, he rediscovers his love for golf...the Golf Channel is for you.
But if you want to watch live golf, with known golfers, playing for real money, with real stakes, real Fed-Ex points on the line, in the final round, with multiple guys in contention, with real drama, and real excitement in an attempt to make the sport more exciting to create more viewers, and satisfy the already depleted fan base....................the Golf Channel is not for you.
They just expect us to check the final scores in the newspaper tomorrow.

i cant believe they been ragdolling the golfers on and off the course all yesterday. why not just start a fresh 18 today and count it as the final round? if theyre going to have to be at the course at like 7 am today why wouldnt they cancel yesterday rather than rushing the golfers during inclement weather. who cares if theres a tree in the middle of the fairway because of a storm.

Sad display of golf from Walker and Choi. Congrats to Snedeker, played a great round yesterday when everyone else was hacking it around. Really expected Choi and Walker to give themselves some birdie looks with the wind not as drastic as yesterday. Oh well.

That was just horrible golf from both guys. Windy conditions you can't be missing the fairways. Oh well, Sned was deserving the way he tore it apart yesterday when everyone else was flat lining to big numbers.
