Hey All..What am I missing? The last time these 2 teams met in Milwaukee they combined for 166 points. The last time they played it was only 202 and now 5 of the Raptors players are hurt

Why is the O/U 201 at my book and climbing..HELP!!

I would think the under is an obvious bet. Am I wrong?
