They got smashed by the momentum freight train that is the Niners currently.. 

Maybe they can, maybe they can't handle the cold all game long but in that scenario they start off better than they finish... I think Miami comes out with a good game plan and manages to make the plays how they want... Thus I lean to the first quarter/first half to Miami's advantage with the Bills getting better as the game progresses second half with adjustments. 

Dolphins come out strong, I'll be taking Dolphins 1Q. Bills may win this game, probably get better near the end of the game, but covering the spread may prove harder. 

Trends ebb and flow through the years you need to choose the trend you choose to follow carefully and be sure it's applicable in today's situation. 

I would imagine today's contest favours Browns and the under.
