We saw what happened to Detroit yesterday when, I believe, thought that they just had to show up against the Commanders.

I think there are players in the Philly locker room right now thinking, wow…we just have to beat Washington next week to go to the Big Dance. We owe them after our last matchup. Duh….you have to win today, first.

Hello Covers Community. Saturday we witnessed Kansas Swifty do what it does and Detroit learn that you actually have to play a game for 60 minutes before you anoint yourselves as the host of the NFC championship game.

I am sticking to my guns today. I have never, ever seen a team hold their opponents to under 10 points in four of the last five games. Also, I thought the Rams were toast when they played the Jets in December in New Jersey. The temperature was 20*. I’m thinking to myself, the Rams can’t play in cold weather. Wrong. Rams win. That win will instill some confidence today. Good defense, and the firm of Stafford, Nacua and Kupp on offense…I’m taking the Rams plus 7.

Shuffling off to Buffalo for game two. The Bills, undefeated this season at home, not favored? I’m on the birds today. I believe that the Bills are hoping to win today, while the road team knows they’re going to win today. Once again…home team Bills not favored?Got the Ravens on top.

Two games, two road teams.

 The Bills have coasted, a bit, into their playoff position. Look at the Ravens. Three of their last four against their divisional opponents. Banging. The home team, also, three of the last four versus divisional foes. But the physical matchups in the AFC North is different from the AFC East. 
Both QBs have something to prove in their playoff runs. 
I’m leaning towards, and it’s only Wednesday, to Baltimore.    
Buffalo played an unbelievable game last week scoring 31 straight points. Can you play better than that? In horse racing, it’s called a “bounce”.     
And why are the Ravens, albeit 1 point, a favorite?    
As said, it’s Wednesday. I personally would sit back and watch this game….for now.

 Eagles -5.5…???

When there is a spread of 5 or 5.5, that favors the underdog. In reality, that line is more like 7 or 7.5, because a final score where there is a difference of 5 is low. I favor, without a play here, the Packers.

In game one, I’m not gonna have a dog in the fight. I have reasons to play both teams and reasons to play both totals. The one thing I see in this matchup is that the visitors are absolutely playing with house money. The Bills might have an attitude of “playing not to lose” instead of playing to win.
