I gave my reasons.
West Virginia is completely a ONE DIMENSIONAL TEAM who isnt any damn good this year, racking up wins against big east teams not that good this year. Sure, the big east won some bowl games but who exactly have they beat? Clemson otoh is NOT one dimensional. Their qb alone is a dual threat, Had they not had key injuries, especially to their best receiver against NC state, they would have won game and their season overall would have been different. Wvirginia is going to give up MINIMUM 56pts tonight to this offense. Unless you think they can score as one dimensional team 54 pts, which they have zero chance of doing, they are the worse bowl bet you can make, As for all the squares betting them just look on this thread alone and see how many chumps love them. |

Iceman- west virginia has less of a chance covering the 3 tonight than michelle bachman does winning the republican nomination(which is NONE considering she just QUIT..which is same thing west virginia will do even before end of first half..QUIT cause they will be trailing by 4 tds

5-0-1 last 6 bowls and after tonight it will be 6-0-1.EASIEST WINNER
in College Football
West virginia is not the west virginia we once knew. They are a one dimensional team, and simply not that good.
Clemson when healthy is one of the most explosive offensive teams there is, and they are healthy for this game. Squares are all over West Virginia which is never a good thing being the squares seldom win. West Virginia will win tonight but not the orange bowl, they will win over at the RAC against rutgers in colldege hoops. Take CLEMSON -3 and make it LARGE and expect to be up by 4 tds mid 3rd qtr. Clemsson scores 56 tonight...No way W virginia scores 30 nevermind 53. |

Veto is spot on. Va tech is OVERATED. ACC team here, not SEC. They cant stp denard, and with their safety's up all night trying to, he will feast in the air as well. This one is easy guys.

There are more risks in snapping for a fg, holder and kicker making kick than qb sneak for half yd. JMO

Never thought I would see Joe Montana on field but Andrew Luck is his twin!
in NFL Betting
As a Jet fan, knowing now after Polian's firing the colts have ZERO intention on keeping Luck, i would trade the kitchen sink plus the new stadium to get this kid. Whichever team he goes on(barring injury), no matter what system he is put in the NFL(no wishbone in nfl), whoever gets him will see complete dominance for many years.
So as Tannebaum of Jets, im calling Irsay and saying pick what u want for Luck and its all yours. |

4-0 ystd on bowls and tonights Sugar is My sweetest pick of them all.
Michigan -3 .. 10 units(which is my strongest wager)! Big 10 cant beat SEC, but Va tech is not from SEC, they are from the Altantic crap conference! DeNard has a HUGE HUGE HUGE DAY, setting him up early for next years Heisman! Lay the 3 and add wisconsin in col hoops -6! BOL everyone. |

I had stanford so i am happy the way game turned out..BUT i have a few questions
1. Isn't there many more things which can go wrong trying a fg, than simply try a running play from half yd out? The snap, the hold, the kicker, also can be blocked. while just running a play there would be less a risk IMHO. 2. Stanford's coach LOST the game for stanford IMHO with his IDIOTIC play calling end of regulation. He was content for a middle range fg attempt, rather than put the ball in hands of ur all world qb to make a play to either score a td, or at least move ball closer for an easier fg. The play calling by stanford was BAFFLING, at least to me. If Gundy is throwing the ball in that spot, where his reciever was tackled at thehalf yd line, surely u would think he would just bang it in with a run play. Also, the play right before fg where he had his qb take a snap from shotgun to move ball in middle of field? Shotgun? NFL NOTE.....Nice that Archie Manning has this much power in game, where he dictates where Eli will play, and now powers Irsay to fire probably one of the best if not the best Gms in game. Clearly Polian wanted Manning traded, clearly archie would have no part of that, and for Peyton to say he is shocked? BULLSHIT. He had him fired. So now the question is, what do the colts ask for to trade Luck? As a Jet fan, I would offer Keller, Harris and a few picks..if i had to, i would offer Revis straight up for him. |
