Again, you seem to have all the answers except when it comes to posting winners. You should really consider taking a weekend off because it is just not happening for you right now.

There is a lot of blame to go around and to heap it all onto MT isn't objectively fair IMO. I think 2019 and this year are his best as head coach. The Ravens fell into the same trap against the Browns and division play is the toughest to handicap as both teams know each other so well. |

Tomlin one of those coaches where he’s brilliant at some things. Next world brilliant. But other things…..he’s a buffoon. You would think Pitt could invest 100k in getting some nerd to invest in 23-24 games a year and stand near the coach to make calls like this. When to use timeouts. When to challenge. How to manage the clock etc etc |

@begginerboy You know I hear that a lot about Mike T like he has been saddled with the sisters of the poor talent wise... But lets not forget currently he has the highest paid defense in the NFL.. He inherited Ben and a load of talent on both sides of the ball and won 1 SB with them ... By the way NO BEN NO MIKE.. He beats the occasional better team (like any franchise does).... But at the end of the day he gets blown out in any playoff game vs better teams for a long time... Had a nice run turning the Steelers from SB winners into a long time also run organization.. Took over a SB winning franchise played out the clock on them and made them into a 8 to 10 win never going to win SB team again.. If you like mediocre then Mikes your man.. I pass.. IMO most overrated coach in the history of thee NFL.. Myself not looking for a leader of men who takes his troops into a Custards last stand scenario.. Give me a head coach who knows how to challenge a play correctly.. use basic TO knowledge.. hire a competent staff and win a FREAKING PLAYOFF game.. Keep your leader of men give me an NFL coach.. NO BEN NO MIKE.... |

From Tomlin:I thought it was an [intentional grounding penalty] initially. I couldn't hear the officials—I thought it was a grounding," Tomlin explained after the game. "When I realized it wasn't ruled a grounding, I got information from them and made the call that we wanted to make. The distance was more important to us. If it wasn't grounding, we wanted to move them five yards back. They were potentially kicking into the wind, and we wanted to stop them and make the field goal a longer one.Hindsight is 20/20. Easy to be a Friday morning quarterback now that we know the result. |

Nothing new here ... Tomlin's clock management has ALWAYS been sub par.. Only thing worse is his challenge record... His coaching tree is a shrub... A dead one.. NO BEN NO MIKE... |

@Griswold1 A couple of things scare me as a Pitt fan heading into this week... First the Highsmith injury... Last time he missed games teams ran all over Herbig who is very good pass rusher but small and got pushed around on the run game.. Colts ran 80% of the time at him with good results.. Injury in secondary last game were covered up by some poor throws by Daniels last week ...Their replacements Pierre and Sutton got beat a few times but got lucky with drops and missed passes.. Something feels off this week with Pitt as a long time fan just cannot shake it... Can only hope the Addition of Smith at DE will replace herbig on running situations will help... Russ was OK last week but not his best game.. Pitt has had some tackling issues this week will be a huge test for them.. Something about this game worries me hope I am wrong.. Plus the line stinks.. IMO.. 3.5 in a game usually decided by 3... GL.. Loved Pitt last week... This week well pass for me.. |

@vanzack I saw that and saw you still do not want to speak football. Its about picking a football team that wins, not about winning a debate with the covers crowd. You use to dominate with football talk, trends, matchups, lines, injuries. This year it seems like you are bucking what worked so well for you, but what I really care about is WHY, not the result as much as they have a way to average themselves out. I love to pick brains. You mentioned a week or 2 ago, you won't do well if Dogs don't and I can totally get behind that. Betting favs all the time in any sport will get someone's bankroll in trouble. So my question is WHY? SF -6.5 MIN -7 WAS -2.5 LAR -2.5 You went 2-6 in Week 10, 4 of those were favs off spreads that are public centralized, if anything according to the things you say, shouldn't these be NO BETs? I would love to hear from you on this. From needing dogs to win for you to win to taking favs must have some BIG TIME alert that was going off on the games. Your 2 wins this week were CIN +6 and DEN +7.5, this fit your model more. I can actually get behind your IND +4 pick, and take that L with my head held high. The DAL pick was a head scratcher, aside from fading to just fade there, what number did you come up with taking Cooper Rush on an offense already failing to score meaningful points without a true running back tagged on with their recent defensive struggles? Again I want to pick your brain on the process not the result but shouldn't this fall under the NO BET category? I do not have the chance to put in 80 hour weeks, but I spend enough time on the games. For someone as good as you, and I do read the things you say and track what makes it work and what do not. You might be the only guy on covers I can not figure out why you would Bet a certain team when its goes against what you say works for you. Thats my friend is why I keep asking about how and what makes a play a system go for you. Week 10 CIN +6- I get this pick coming from you, Divisional rival, DOG! Winner* DEN +7.5- I get this pick coming from you, Divisional rival, DOG! Winner* SF -6.5 was such a weird number with Baker not having any WRs, and recent stats must back up the Bucs with the way they been covering games. Fav, loser* MIN -7 was -4 to -5, once this jump to -7 shouldn't it be a NO PLAY? Fav, loser* WAS -2.5 I actually liked this bet myself, but again this doesn't fall under your model? LAR -2.5 This one I was surprise, if you looked and compare their recent games WITH TUA playing and the teams they have played, everything was pointing towards the Dolphins, even the the spread. You said you have this game at -4 LAR, how? Were you counting the stats when Tua was OUT? If so I can understand that and why you picked DAL, but no one should factor in stats with a KEY star player not playing. |

@MP2056 What pisses me off besides the fact that I had Washington is that those kind of calls can change the entire outcome of the season for a team. Washington is fighting to win the division and one loss could be the difference. I’m not saying that the call was wrong, but there has to be more caution applied to the situation than simply saying the ruling on the field stands. |

The extra point for that kicker is probably over 90% while the two point try is around 50%. If you don’t convert the two point try the game ends right there on that play. As justliketoplay said, there are tons of scenarios to win the game after the XP. Zero winning scenarios if you miss the 2pt. |

Even in overtime, the best the ravens could have done was push. If you’re the bengals, this win would have been huge for their momentum. Some coaches roll the dice |
