They're no longer the same site without bookmaker's backing. They can't be trusted. They're stealing deposits and not paying out. I've always had a deal with them to credit back fees (and have email proof from multiple supervisors) but now they're saying they won't honor what their supervisors said. I even have a wager they marked as a win but they're refusing to honor it! I called in to cs and got some jerk warren who basically said too bad,they're not with bookmaker anymore, so the new ownership isn't honoring anything! They must be paying SBR . If SBR had any credibility they would remove betdsi's a rating until they prove they can be a solid sports book without bookmakers help! They owe me hundreds of dollars and now they won't even respond back. They're a complete scam, they're customer service is awful! Just stay away!!
