created a topic 0 - 1 last night. Saturday's plays inside... in Penalty Box Down one whole unit after yesterday's action. The game doesn't come in and some people think the sky is falling. This covers place is too funny. All the bashers, naysayers and the like just don't get it. I will put my handicapping skills up against anybody in the world. Billy Walters, Billy Baxter, etc. are very successful and have built empires out of sports gambling but even these guys don't hit over 62%. Why can't some of you understand? I'm growing tired of this place and probably won't be posting here much longer. Up over 5 units for the month of August with half the month still to go. This is exactly where I want to be. +10 units a month has always been the goal and will always be the goal. Going 1 - 2 is not a good thing obviously but it's really not that bad either. When I lose I lose minimal juice on top of the unit. This is the key element when betting baseball. Both unders (WAS/CO last week) were looking good and all was fine until this bum comes in and gives up more earned runs. Two pushes that could have been wins thanks to this bum. In the two combined games he helped push he has given up 6 earned in 1 1/3 innings, he's walked 5, and given up 4 hits. I know it's part of the game but sometimes I like to vent a little. I make my plays in the AM so I occasionally get a worse line but it's all good as I know it evens out in the end. I know what works for me and has been working for years. I'm not going to change anything, especially the way I post. I've lost 6 units in the past 3 days; who cares?. When you lose in baseball the key is to lose with minimal juice. With my 1 - 6 record the past three days my average play has been -115. This is how you grind it out in baseball. Minimal plays, minimal juice to sustain the ups and downs. Continue to bet these plays to buiild your bankroll over the long hoal. Keep in mind I do not care about “insane” runs, or “fat” streaks and neither should you. The goal here is 10 units per month. That has always been the goal and will always be the goal. In the last 8 years only once have I not finished positive in a calendar month. It’s August 7^th and I’m still up 3.49 units this month. Some of you jealous bashers just don’t get it and probably never will. Please read all of my past posts before you start lipping off. I said it the other day and I’ll say it again so you understand. Take out the last 18 of 24 winners and I’m still hitting over 60% averaging -116 juice. Why can’t some of you understand? This is a long, long process. I do not care about days or weeks; I care about positive gains over months and years. I'm not sure what happened; I thought Duchscherer was starting tonight. He was listed as the starter this morning. Not making any excuses; just bummed to see some rookie in there instead of Duchscherer. I always bet action and occassionally this kind of thing happens. Anyways, hoperfully this kid has good stuff tonight. He led the minors in K's last year but that doesn't mean much up here now. These are the breaks of baseball especially when you lay your confidence in teams with no bullpen. But, like I said a couple weeks ago. Everything evens out in the end. Making a large profit is a month to month process. The goals remain the same. I'm trying to net 10 units every month, every season, every year. A 0 - 2 night certainly does not faze me. Trust me, I've lost my fair share of games in the past. I have an unusual runline play today. I only bet the runline about once a month. I've only bet once since I started posting here on July 1. Good luck today guys. If you've been listening your bankroll is really starting to get big. Did Seattle look overmatched on paper yesterday? Absolutely. Are the Twins the hottest team in baseball right now. Yes. I've been forced to give a few close friends a % of my winnings so I can get my action down. I have phantom accounts in their names all over. It's frustrating becasue most locals know about me now. Finding locals to take may action for the money I'm trying to get down has become a part time job. I only trust a few off shore books and even they have limits. Those that have been tailing for a while should have built up a nice bankroll. I will continue to post, you guys continue to bet my plays to win money. Nothing is going to happen overnight.
