Why WV -28.5? How WV 28.5? Just because they have the BCS NT game in the balance? I got Pitt +28.5 that is very nice value. The turn overs will haunt WV like they do every big game. What part of got their ass kicked by SouFlor and looking ahead do you guys miss.
