This shouldn't surprise anyone. Urban doesn't care how much time is left, he is going to try to put points on the board. He did the same against Miami. That is why i rarely bet against Florida.

The top SEC teams pretty much play each other and will rack up losses. In the Big 12 , OKL and texas play each other, but OKL doesn't play Missouri for some reason. (8 conf games, in a 12 team conf, WTF??) And the SEC and Big 12 of course have their champ games which would be another tough game to win. If OSU takes care of their business in the Big 10, and wins out, they should have a claim for the NC game, will be interesting, because a 1 loss team from the Big 10 should get in over a 2 loss team from the SEC. Or would a 2 loss USC team get in over a 1 loss OSU team? It will just make the argument for a playoff stronger. By the way, USC lost a BIG playoff game tonight. Last time i checked Ohio State played 9 conference games. If i am correct, 8 + 1 conference championship game would be 9 conference games. Have you seriously watched any of OSU's games this season? They were stagnant against a very average Ohio team, and they looked like the school for the blind against USC. Penn St. will own Ohio State when they play. This thread is ridiculous. |

You southerners want to secede from the NCAA just like you tried to 150 years ago! It should be college football in one corner, and the SEC in the other.
The SEC is a great conference, probably the best. But I get so tired people defending how great they are and how their shit don't stink. Unfortunately, there is parity within all the conferences and we don't have a playoff right now but some of the drivel from SEC fans (and other conference fans for that matter also) is just pathetic.
"Look at our bowl record!"
"So and so lost to this team and stink"
"My dad can beat up your dad"
Alright, I'm done ranting. It just seems to me like the SEC fans want their own division of football to make some kind of statement. Good luck getting that guys! The reason that the SEC fans have to defend their conference is because of all of the commentators on TV that constantly talk about how great Ohio State and USC are. They make it sound like the SEC is not as good as USC or OSU because their out of conference schedule is not as strong. If you listened to any sports talk radio you would realize that OSU and USC fans are just as bad if not worse. |

the Sec is very good ... but the BIG 12 is on Par with them this season Last time i checked, the SEC went 7-2 SEC bowl games last year: Mississippi State 10 UCF 3 Auburn 30 Colorado 24 Auburn 23 Clemson 20 Tennessee 21 Wisc 17 Missouri 38 Arkansas 7 Michigan 41 Florida 35 Kentucky 35 FSU 28 Georgia 41 Hawaii 10 LSU 38 OSU 24 I believe the Pac 10 was 4-2? That is pretty impressive. |

This thread was obviously not written for you then. You obviously didn't read all off the "Pac-10 is the best conference" threads last week. Thanks, have a good night

I read quite a few posts last week claiming that ASU would dominate UGA, and prove to the nation how the Pac-10 is a better conference than the SEC. After watching Georgia beat ASU and the refs on the road I am not seeing much Pac-10 love going on. By the way, what about Oregon... that was a pretty great display of Pac-10 power. I hear way too much praise for a conference whos teams play an average of 2 ranked teams in a year.

Since you know all about her "excuses" maybe you can answer a question for me. What is Obama's excuse for not having a real opinion on anything? When confronted with the question of when a baby receives human rights his answer was "answering that question with specificity is above my pay grade?".... What in the world kind of answer is that? So i am guessing that Obama's excuse for not answering tough questions is that he is not paid enough money to do so? That will be a great excuse if he is one day president. |

Both of those are new news to me. Are you saying that all Kansas has to do is stop Rose? What about Douglas-Roberts? Last time i checked he was Memphis' leading scorer. Davidson should not even be mentioned in the same sentence as Memphis. Kansas has much more to worry about than just stopping Rose. |

I am on Ok St. I had ILL -2.5 first half and -5 for the game. Ok St. -1 guarantees i make money on the game, and thats all i am worried about.

Just because a lot of people are taking SF on here doesn't mean that "everyone" is taking SF. Look at Lute for example... Seattle is his LOCK for tonight.

Just a question... If Michigan beats Ohio St. does that make Appalachian State the best team ever? I think they should get some serious consideration in this category .
