created a topic Rice +3 in College Football Any thoughts guys? Rice almost beat Tulsa at Tulsa last year and Tulsa is total garbage this year while Rice returns 9 starters on both sides of the ball. Tulsa is also 0-4 against the spread this year and hasn't even come close to covering in any of it's games!!! How is the $!&@?! is Tulsa favored here? Someone please tell me why... replied to Thinking about making a BIG PLAY on this in College Football Penn St is 16-0 against IU and has won by an avg of 16 points in those 16 victories. I went to IU and watched us lose to Navy and Missouri. I really think PSU covers. They own the Hoosier. Then again, so do most Big Ten schools.
