 the reason these kind of threads exist is because very few people want take the time to engage in meaningful discussions about the games and the spreads,  and this has been getting worse every year.  It's so much easier to talk about useless things cuz there's no mental energy expended

I love how people can make a case that it was a prudent thing the Chiefs did to take a safety because of the risk of a blocked punt, etc .  yeah, OK.  I bet they can make a case for Ponzi schemes, too.

Chiefs are extremely bad at covering -9.5 point spreads late in the 4th quarter, no other team in playoff history has ever been that bad
